I am totally dissapointed because I received an email from them Today starting that I have a fine of 263.00rand which need to paid not later than tomorrow that time the fine was charged on the 21st of April and they only send me email Today
OUTsurance is a good insurance,their comprehensive cover is the best
I have been using PMD insurance from 2020 I have no complaints about it
I have a problem with Mtn Store I have been billed even though I have cancelled my month to month contract,can something be done with Mtn because we can’t continue allowing them to do this
I have an issues with Mtn as they are falling to cancel my home WiFi i returned the WiFi at Mtn store kiosks in Pretoria on the 7th of November as I was going on maternity leave in which the lady that assisted me told me to call 135 to cancel my services since I did my WiFi online and she gave me a IRM number, I left the store and called 135 to request cancellation I was told that my service will be cancelled after 21 working days ever since I have been calling,sending emails and also went to store but still now I have received a statement that I am owing and that my account has been handed over to legal but how when I have been requesting for cancellation I have been taken up and down and still nothing I am also waiting for my refund in which they also told me I need to pay the money they charged me to get my refund
PMD is the best insurance I have been with them since 2020 thier service is excellent
I claimed about my windscreen and they didn’t give me problem my windscreen was changed today
On the 24th of November i bought an Mtn home wifi of month to month for R249.00 a lady by the name of Ayanda Ndlovu assisted me she told me i will receive a 250rand takealot voucher and also told me i need to make payment of R 323.7 of pro rata and the remaining is upfront payment for December and she told me i will pay from the 4th of January now yesterday i received an increase from mtn stating i need to make payment of R 307.00 I don’t know what amount is for and also they are busy trying to do a debit order of that amount in my account, please assist me they are a **** and they lie to people
Prime Meridian direct has never disappointed me in any way also I refered alot of people because of their good service i have been using PMD since 2020 till today i am happy with them
I was given false information which now is costing me and cannot afford to pay the amount required
