Very disappointed. December 2023 our Newly bought Kia had to go for its first service at Brackenfell Branch - we got such disrespectful attitudes. The system shows the vehicle needs to be serviced in December but they complained and said the vehicle should have been services in November. This year, 2024 we have TWO Kia's we bought from Brackenfell branch. We went in November to book the services, so then we were told the services only due in December - BOOKED and made pre-arrangements from our side to accommodate them. TODAY we got there and the woman (Natalie) made a ridiculous remark "Ugh why you here so early" - Phoned the manager, still waiting on him to phone back and the Dealer Principal on duty just said "he will look into it" ... the vehicle never got its service and we still haven't received any customer service. This is shocking - IF YOUR DOORS IS OPEN, YOU MUST BE READY TO PROVIDE A SERVICE TO CLIENTS
Lawyers continuously contacting me to say I am handed over by Cell C due to a outstanding amount but when I phone Cell C they say I owe them nothing - Cell C keeps on promising that they will sort out the problem at hand but its been 4 months and still I am sitting with the same problem and the same issues I asked the lawyer to send me a letter via email and they just not getting back to me - the number from Cell C they are referring to IS NOT MY NUMBER anymore - the contract has been transferred by Cell C N1 City the legal way I want the needed information asap
Cant buy vouchers - had to wait 2 to 3 WORKING BUSINESS days ... id rather support CTFM This is actually a joke and never heard of such a thing ... I know of no other business that provide such ridiculous services
Cutting my line for the 3rd time in August after sending all my POP's they wanted
Cell C cut my line SUSPENDS my mobile service TWICE in one month because they cant see that I paid my account but I am sitting with the Proof of Payment in my hand aswell as Tygervalley branched and myself EMAILED the proof or payment to them several times already - the same routine ... this is the 4th time this past 6 months is happening ... i have a mobile business so I am loosing business every second i am offline This is absolutely ridiculous- i will defnitely not be upgrading nor will i support cell c again
Its been 4 days since i wrote a complaint to Cell C regarding my cellphone, i asked them to email me which month reflects outstanding ( they told me to email sm@cellc.co.za ) - which I DID - i received no feedback up till this day , they phone me with 110 excuses at 7 am in the morning when i havent even had a cup of coffee and everytime they give me a different month thats outstanding ... I want a paper trail and feedback on my email , WHICH MONTH SHOWS OUTSTANDING ON MY CONTRACT ???? They expect me to send me allllllll my stuff just to get a new excuse And why does Cell C reply privately- are they afraid of speaking publicly
I have a cell c contract , they suspended my account due to outstanding payments ... I DID NOT receive any sms's or emails nor phone calls regarding a issue with my contract. Went to Tygervalley centre, so they told me I am outstanding February and March 2022 but I have the ALL my cash slips proof of payment, then they said again I am outstanding September and October 2021 - NOW they telling me I am outstanding July 2021 BUT I have the proof of payments for all these dates - the customer care people is so impolite and unprofessional, it is ridiculous - I need my phone connected so that I can work , atm I have no access to my cellphone AND IF my account is "outstanding" WHY weren't any contact made with me , and why didn't Cell C tell me there is a outstanding amount, but they want to do it Now ????? I have 3 logged complaint numbers but getting no feedback!!! I am 5 different dates im given , this is dishonesty and daylight robbery - I see no point in a contract with Cell C - my data runs out by the 5th of each month then I must buy data which is expensive - worst is I have wifi at home so where is my data disappearing to ????
