I cancelled my Cartrack on 98/02/2026,because I was selling my vehicle.After two weeks,the vehicle was being collected and I contacted them,as NO ONE from them contacted me. NOW,I get calls from the 00h25 and 22h25 at night. I have sent their ethics department an email on 08/02/2026,and yet to receive a response...guess they'll be calling me at 00h25 again!
I would like to write a review about Cartrack My vehicle hasn't been starting,even with a brand new battery in.My so came to have a look,and I got a call from Katleho Tladi,letting me know that my battery has been disconnected.It makes me much more secure in the fact that my vehicle is really safe under the watchful eye of Cartrack.Thank you guys
I placed an order for pizza through this place earlier.I normally get an sms to confirm my order and the estimated time of arrival,which today showed it would take 30 minutes.I received a whatsapp message from someone working for them almost an hour later to apologize for the delay in my order and that the driver was on his way to collect.I had asked about 10 minutes later that my order get cancelled and I get refunded as my food will be cold and no longer freshly made.The lady called me back and explained they were not able to do this,that my food was being kept warm and that I should open the gate as the driver had arrived. I opened my pizza box in front of the driver and also asked him to feel that it was ice cold.I phoned the lady back and asked her if she thought it was fair that if you pay R180 for one pizza and you received it not fresh and cold.All.they can do is apologize and that,unfortunately,because this is not the first time this has happened,is no longer good enough.People use these services to help when we are too busy or unable to do it themselves and it creates job opportunities.What would they do when people like myself decide to stop using then altogether?

Once again it's me and them with charging fees they shouldn't be charging.I cancelled my debit order with them end of January 2024,as I am paying directly,and been charged a fee every month for failed debit order.I only noticed this yesterday and sent them an email asking to contact me.A very rude woman with a horrible attitude called me this morning and told me to read their terms and conditions,that they don't cancel debit orders.I have attempted from my side to cancel with Capitec but they are not able to do so.All of a sudden (first time ever) I also got an sms to say my debut order failed.How convenient after speaking to them.
I received an email from Collections@Fevertree yesterday claiming that I was behind in a payment and should make contact with them urgently. I immediately rep**** with a screenshot as proof of payment. I received a reply claiming that my latest payment was used towards the previous month's payment. I then rep**** with a photo of all my payments up to 07/04/2024. Not only are my payments up to date,but I pay more every month that what my due amount is. This is not the first time they do this.I feel it is dishonest and someone very clearly is trying for an extra "christmas bonus".
I phoned Cartrack this morning re help with downloading my camera footage.I couldn't connect with the person who answered so I sent a message on Facebook Messenger.Energy Moloko called me and he was really patient helping me through the process and really went beyond what was expected.Thank you Energy,you were AMAZING
I saw an ad on Facebook for a front view dash cam Cartrack now includes in their services.I sent my details and got called straight away.Jefferson Nelson was the person who called me.He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.Thank you very much
I changed bank accounts 4 months ago and have been paying my Cartrack directly to them (for the past 4 months). On Sunday I received both an sms and email from them to say my deduction failed and that I am in breach of my contract with them.I immediately rep**** to the email,attaching proof of payment. On Monday I also received a whatsapp message from them,still with my account being in arrears. I rep****,also sending proof of payment and then yesterday received yet ANOTHER whatsapp message wanting to claim payment. Up till now no one from Cartrack has tried to contact me to clear this up or to apologise to me. Someone on whatsapp just sent a "thanks" after I sent proof of payment,but their client services and accounts department need to be looked at,also their lack of professionalism.
On 4 March 2023 I sent these people an email and asked that this policy be cancelled with immediate effect.They are STILL making deductions amd ignore my communication with them.
