Dishonest ********* sales people who mislead and when found out claim that they made a mistake--- Ja right
Booked a locker. They did not send a pin number to open the locker. You have to phone 2 or 3 times to get the pin. Thereafter the parcel according to the call centre is out on delivery. Two days its been out on delivery. Then they say the locker at the destination was full and the parcel had to be returned. Every operator gives you a BS story as to why it hasn't been delivered and they will phone the driver. Only for you to wait and then be cut off. Still dont know if my customer will get his goods. My advice is don't use them. Utterly useless in today's competitive environment
