I purchased a few items to the value of R5 000 from the official Nike app on 06 May 2025 and had 2 of the items returned on 16 May 2025 due to sizing and poor fit, in return for a refund. However, I have still not received the refund to my account. Despite my attempts to contact Nike, I have encountered several issues with the agents always making empty promises regarding my refund, as well as emails informing me that they are busy investigating the matter but since then no feedback have been provided. This experience has been very frustrated and I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service from the agents. I contacted them again today for the 20th time and was told that I can expect to receive my refund end of July 2025. I wish I knew beforehand about their doings, so I could have purchased those items from another store instead. I guess, I will never get my refund back of R1 749.9 Nike is a real ****!!!
I'm very disappointed in Miladys online store.. It was my first time placing an order and most definitely my last.. My parcel has been redirected for no valid reason and the customer service consultants can't even assist regarding this matter, instead they are telling me that my parcel will take another 3-5 days to be delivered.. I so wish I knew beforehand about their poor service!
I have downloaded it on my smart TV and it does not want to open any movie/series, now I can't watch anything but it's been paid for.. I am now suffering because of your choices, your service is very poor and frustrating right now!
The reception lady there was not very friendly nor helpful at all when I took my car in for service. Johan on the other hand also had a bad attitude when he brought back my car to my workplace and was very rude when he spoke to me. I would definitely not take my car back to them for any type of service or recommend them to anyone!
