Here at george the provincial labour department dont help the people right. So my ex employe when to apply for her uif so she submitted het documents on the 13 september 2022 and they told her she must come back on yhe 13 october 2022 to come sign for her money. They said it will take 3days for the money to reflect in her account. And stil no money has been reflected in her account. So i did some enquire and i spoken to a guy from labour department in george he name is Justin he normally does the payment ever since i had been working so i did some research and he says he don't do the payment its done by the labout department head office. So i called the labout department office in Pretoria and they talk a different way. They said if you come to sign for the money the pay Master release the funds at the branch where u submitted your uif19 form they pay the money in 3 working days into your account. But i ask my one colleague to call the labour department in george on 044 801 1200 so Justin told my colleagues that they dont release the funding at george labour department the people at labour department head office release the money into therr account. And that's a lie u guys call call me 083 804 2274
I had the most bad service from arc V&A waterfront. So I went to Arc V&A waterfront store. The day I come to the store was to spend some money and buy my family some gifts and my 3 daughter some huda beauty products. And my husband his anniversary gift. So as I walked into the shop there was a lady with black hair. Putting on her makeup on the sales floor. She was watching me at the huda beauty counter and did not offer to assist me. So I went and look at the foundation as my daughter is using the glowish foundation number 2 and 3. So I also wanted to try and buy myself also one of the huda foundation. After and 1hour then the lady from benefit finally come to help me but she was the whole day putting her makeup on the floor and was not even interested in helping me at the counter. So I ask her to please help me match me with and foundation and the reason why I went into the store was actually to go spend money cause my daughters love the huda beauty products. So as this lady want to assist me she told me there is no color in the huda councealors for me. But the way she help me u can see she don't want to assist me. So there is no color of the foundations I wanted to buy for my kids and the highlight of huda was no stock. So I walked away and the Chanel counter ask me. I was so shock a big store like this don't have any stock. So I told the lady at Chanel took me back so u only buy the concealor the other things I left cause I was not happy about the service. if I am not mistaken the lady from Chanel help me so much better than the benefit lady. So I told her I actually come to the store to spend some money but the lady at benefits said there is no color for me. So the lady at Chanel Gigi took me back to the counter and she match me the color. And she gives me the correct color but the other lady so I was asking what her name was. So apparently she is working by the benefit counter her name is Washeema. And the way she treated me. How can people at a store like that treat people so bad. So I only when to pay the concealer and I left. And I went to wollies beauty to buy my products there. It's so hard to find international products in South Africa and now this store has brought the brand to us but the people don't want to give any service. I won't sit my foot in that store every again how can you guys employ that lady. She was very rude and how can the manager of the store let the staff put makeup on the sales floor and not even helping the customer. That was really pathetic service I ever had received from a store. And won't ever sit my foot into that store. For international store likes arc that was really bad I had to go buy my other product at wollies cause of the bad service I had received from washeema at benefit counter. Staff doing there makeup on the sales floor when the store is open.
