Worst food experience ever! My family and I had lunch at Pearly's, and we were extremely disappointed with both the food and the service. We ordered the calamari and chips, which was listed as a main meal, but the portion size looked like a starter. When I raised this with the waiter, she said she would check. The manager, Eugene, later informed us that the portion was correct, and gave us the same plate back after we asked if the plate was fixed. The table behind us have received more calamari than our plate. To make matters worse, my wife’s mashed potatoes were served cold. Instead of replacing the dish, the manager offered to warm it in the microwave. That’s unacceptable—cold food should be replaced, not reheated. We also ordered a side plate of donut onion rings, but they were drenched in oil. There was so much excess oil pooled at the bottom of the bowl, it was clear they hadn’t bothered to drain them properly. It was unappetizing and disappointing. Pearly's used to be the go-to restaurant in Langebaan, but clearly, as soon as the place gets busy, service and food quality go out the window. This was the worst service I’ve ever received, and I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone. We will not be returning.
One of the worst company's to order from I would never order from them again. I place an order on the 8 March 2022 I still have not received any feedback on my order or the items If you call them, they don't answer. They do not reply on any emails. I would like to get a refund because its almost a year. One of the worst company's to order from. Can't belive they are not blacklisted Yet. Awaiting feedback asap
I have dropped my phone off at the cape gate branch. It takes them 2 weeks to book in my phone for repairs. Keeps saying there is a job open. I have logged how many calls with the repair center about this. I'm trying to book my phone in for the same problem the second time. I mean, the phone is not even 5 months old, And If you have to book your phone in twice, there must be a factory fault Every time I call, They say that tygervally needs to close the open Job to book my phone in for repairs. Does that really take 2 weeks
I tried to place an order on the KFC delivery app. I went through the process and approved the payment via my bank. I received an error message saying order could not be placed. Half-hour after that, kfc deducted the money. I have logged a call. Its been almost a month but still have not received any feedback. I have to call them everyday and all they are saying is that they will get back to me. I will never order from KFC again.
