Our first dealings with Joel in June 2023 were positive and his team worked quickly, quietly and efficiently. However, after a big rainstorm, we had substantial leaking in our home. Joel promised to return with the team to fix the issue under warranty, but they never showed up on the arranged day and stopped taking our calls or responding to messages. Not impressed!
I ran out of here as fast as I could! They wanted to admit my puppy with diarrhoea without even having taken a temperature and wanted me to pay R3000 upfront for an overnight stay. Tests would then have cost another 4 grand. The assistant lady mistreated my puppy and made her very scared. The place is a mess and it is just cats on every surface, and the receptionists are unprofessional. If you love your pet, please don’t take them to this vet!
We thought we would try Bolt food because it was significantly cheaper than Uber Eats. Don’t do it! Food was ready for collection hours ago and no one collected it, my husband ended up having to fetch our cold food himself. Poor service!
