It is nearly impossible to get help from ABSA with queries. If you phone a virtual assistant tries to help you that does not understand the problem, then you are put through to an assistant, waiting approximately 10 minutes or more only to hear that is the wrong assistant. Writing a query the standard response is someone will contact you within 2 working days. If you go to the branch you are told to do whatever you need to do electronically.
Shabby workmanship, owner ignores my calls, leaking jacuzzi, electrical cables on the ground, Artificial grass blown away by the wind, jacuzzi light floating on top of the water. All calls and whatsapps are ignored. He was paid in full and I am sitting with the mess.
Paid this owner in full for bathroom vanities. Waited 10 weeks for delivery. Didn't complete all the work as per quote. He has the most terrible attitude and replies with derogatory remarks if you ask him something. The mirror that was put up with the one vanity fell off the next day and then he insinuates I did it on purpose. He does not oversee his workers. he sat in my one room working on his laptop the whole day while installation was taken place. He lies a lot. Told me the lights that were supposed to be fitted was discussed and will be too much work for my contractor to add the electrical cable to connect the light. the lights were in the quote though. He just ignored it. Never answer when you ask for feedback. The worst of the worst. Don't use this business at all.
Without internet since last week Saturday. Thought it was fibre issue and gave it time until Tuesday morning still no internet. Phone on Tuesday morning and was told they will not send out a technician they need to trouble shoot first online. Nobody at home during the day. I took of work on Wednesday afternoon and called them. Consultant eventually tried everything told me the D Link was faulty. Go to nearest Telkom store to get it checked and will be replaced if faulty. Waited an hour in the store before I was helped and said no consultant ****. Al the way back home and called again. Another consultant tried to troubleshoot and told me the problem is with communication between Router and D Link, Technician will come out today. Phone now to ask but when is the technician coming. Another consultant another story. No technician is not coming. Will now take 72 hours for fault finding and then they will decide if the technician is coming out. Telkom you stink!!! 3 consultants and the person in the store in one day with four different stories and I am still without internet. Do you train the people??? And you expect me to pay promptly every month? But you can't even assist when I have an issue.
I am receiving sms's from them to increase my limit which I want to do. Tried in store on my phone and even over the phone to the office. No luck. But they keep on sending the sms and even trying to sell me cellphones. The last time I asked them why I can't increase the limit and was told apparently my account was flagged for *****. The account is barely a year old and I didn't flag it for *****. They just ignore me if I want to increase the limit but is good enough for a new cellphone

In April I have contacted Cindy at DomesticUIF to assist me with UIF for my domestic worker. I paid all the fees for her to follow up on the UIF and inform me about the outstanding amount and going forward to manage the UIF payment monthly for me. Since the proof of payment was made, all emails are ignored and calls not answered. I have not heard anything yet. So stay away from this company. Scammers!!!!
I would not even give one star but had to in order to write a review. Contract expired in Nov 2021 and since then I have been prompted to pay annual fees for 2022. After numerous calls my contract was not terminated. My name is now given to credit bureau for being a bad payer. This is false information because I was not liable to pay anything but they were at fault for not ending my contract according to the signed contract we had. They are utterly useless in doing their jobs. You are also not allowed to talk to the contracts department directly neither are you allowed to speak to a manager. Standard reply is "I will send an email". Stay away from this company as far as possible!!!!!!!!!!!
