Visa Logistics
Needed a Police Clearance ASAP due to a last minute request from a company overseas for a job opening. Didn’t have the time to wait the usual 6-8 week processing time. Contacted Visa Logistics and Cherine got hold of me within minutes. Although I had already submitted the completed docs to SAPS, Cherine managed to retrieve my Clearance within 1 day! Unbelievable! Friendly and professional service. Cannot recommend Cherine and Visa Logistics more. Thank you!

SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE
Bought 4x100ah batteries which are still under warranty. Batteries no longer hold their charge. Took them into Deltec Cape Town branch for checking. It’s been almost 2 months and I still don’t have an update on my batteries. Constant excuses! Blaming loadshedding that they can’t charge the batteries to be tested etc. No one at that branch is helpful, not even the boss. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT COMPANY.

Bad and slow service
Having purchased a firearm from the Pretoria company in the region of R70,000 you would expect a service at least. It's taken them over 2 weeks from payment to courier it down to Cape Town. With the lengthly legal process in its own its highly frustrating it has to be further delayed due to bad and slow service. This will unfortunately be the last time i support them.

Coricraft Table Bay Mall Bad Service
Never experienced such bad service from Coricraft Table Bay Mall. Ordered 2 brand new couches from them with scotch guard at a value over R20k. The sales person on order doesnt inform the factory of the scotch guard. Having paid for everything, on delivery i noticed they hadnt been done. Numerous calls and emails to the sales person and they have no intention of rectifying the issue. I simply just get ignored.
