Burger with no Patty
I went to get a burger at steers and it had no patty in it. I noticed when I was about to eat it at home. It was such a disappointment as I enjoy steers meals that one was a complete let down. The meal was PH King burger meal.

Complaint
I just had a bad experience at the fix today. My sister wanted claim for a phone she lost. The cashiers were so rude and unhelpful . They just told her that the insurance company is closed after sending her up and down to get help. One even said she is not a cellphone consultant. This bad experience was at the prominade store in cape town . These were 2 pregnant ladies one being African and the other one coloured . I have never experience such bad customer before and these cashiers need to be trainee on how to treat people. The cahsier

Unhappy client
I ordered a Kentucky for 2, the order was incorrect , ordered zinger wings as well which we didn't get. When we notified the person that was assisting she was rude her name is Athi voyi. I am really not happy.
