I have just started using MiWay but the service so far is soo amazing, I Just spoke to Simphiwe and he/she just brightened my day

Poor service at jubilee hospital that has been going on for years without any form of change.
Today the 1st of May 2021 my aunt had to be rushed to jubilee hospital. I've been sitting here with my mom 09:00 am and it's currently 20:21PM without any form assistance or even feedback from this nurses. It is so disheartening that jubilee hospital doesn't improve on its services for public servants even after so many donkey years. This hospital has never been up to speed even after so many complaints. Even security guards at casualties carry patient files around as if they are doctors or medical professionals. When are things or who will be able to shaken up things around this place????? That is the question that I guess even our grate grandchildren will asking one day when we are long gone. Medical professionals at jubilee hospital are so relaxed everyone is treating the place any way they want and guess what it's because they know that they don't get measured or asked by anyone for their incompetence. God help us all🙏🙏
