Good day I had a problem with my Renault Kwid of which the tow guy advised me to take my car to the AAA Recovery Auto Repairs & Services as that guy was very good with Renaults since the Renault dealership failed me straight. the car was collected on the 3rd of May from my home and towed to Duncanville. Marius did alert me when he did receive the car, told me had diagnosed it and that the clutch was worn out and was a leaking pipe and that he also do a full service on the car once. I agreed. On the 13th June he called to say the car is ready for collection and I arranged with him if I can come and collect it on the 16th June, he agreed. the first thing that got caught my ear was the sound, it sounded like a motor bike, but I decided to keep quiet. I asked for the tax invoice so I can make payment, he answered by saying that lady in not in cos it's a public holiday but I must please make an immediate payment otherwise he will be in trouble releasing the car without any money and yet I paid without the actually tax invoice, After I left the place I still had to fix the exhaust that was leaking and pay more. I have begged and pleaded for my tax invoice to be sent throuh Till today I still await the tax invoice which includes all the things he claimed to have fixed
Good day On the 21st of April 2022. I had a problem with my Reault Kiwid car, it started losing power and eventually just stopped on my way home from work, I asked to be towed to a nearer B n B for the night. the following morning I called the Reanault Road Assistance to come and tow the vehicle to the Midrand drealership. In between those days, I was told that the battery was replaced so the car was now starting and still I insisted that I a diagnose be done. On Friday the 29th April, I was called saying that my car was ready collection and that no other fault was found. I went to the delaership and was helped by Nomvula (paid and signed for tax invoive of the replaced battery). The very same day my car did the exact same drama of slowly losing power and just stopping, my brother had come and tow me home . The very next day i called CHM Renault and spoke to Mr Le Roux and explained what had happened, he said I must bring it back to Midrand but it will cost me rather I take it the branch in Vaal but that could only be done on Tuesday after the Holiday. After that call I received an sms saying "Dear Miss J thank you for servicing your vehicle at CMH Midrand, If you have any further enquiries please contact you services advisor 011 238 6000.I I felt how could they even send me such a message, as I I was happy about their services. Usually after some time, I would get calls from the head office asking how was the service and so forth, I did explain my experience and they said they will follow up up until today, On the 15th June I finally received an email that I have tried a couple of times to get hold on what was initially done on car. The tax invoice shows only the Jobcard of the battery replcament - Technician Lucas
I wish I read all the reviews before going them. They will call and call you before all the process. When you want them, you will never get hold of them. You will send and resend emails and they will come back to you at a very later stage. They made empty promises, I was assured that no creditors will debit my Acc and yet I am sitting in a minus and they debited their monet from my Acc. Now they telling me, I must wait for 15 working days for the money to be reversed, and yet I communicated with them 1st day after my pay. What must I do as I am even more broke, that I am also reconsidering terminating my contract with them and try else where with a company more proactive and reliable.
