I don't think they deserve a star at all. On the 27th of July I bought unlimited data on the telkom website,where the transaction was done online and the money went through but the data was not allocated to my Sim which I use on my router at home,after realizing that I went to the nearest telkom shop to find out why that was so to my surprise one of the guys at the shop asked me to not buy online anymore because a lot of people have experienced problems with the allocation of the data onto their Sim rather I should buy the data directly at their store,I was then told to call the customer services as they will be unable to assist. I called the customer service and was told to go to the bank and ask the bank to query the transaction directly with telkom when I did my bank told me that was not possible as they only do that when its a *****ulent case and in my case which wasn't so the bank advised me to send the proof of payment which I did after calling them back,I was told it takes up to 72 hours for the money to clear on their part and I waited after that I called again and was told they would create a case number for me and no one bothered to send it to me.Its been almost two weeks now,when I call them everyone tells me different stories,the other one last week told me by Monday my case would be dealt with and I would be called then came Monday no one communicated,Tuesday I called and was told by close of business,today Wednesday another one told me the matter will be dealt with in 7 days. What kind of circus is telkom running,hiring *********** people who don't even know what their doing. Treating their customers like trash,I mean what is so difficult about allocating the data I bought but at this point I no longer want their stinking data all I want is my money never in the history of my life have I seen such disgusting incompetence from a big service provider. I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH TELKOM AND WOULD NEVER RECOMEND ANYONE TO USE THIS NETWORK.
Princess park royal schools Arcadia pretoria-I don't think they deserve a star at all,worst experience of my life,my child came here due to relocation,he went from being the best student to being the worst,the child is in grade 2 by the way,the teachers were never patient with him,I actually feel that they failed him,because he failed,which child fails grade 2 anyway all this school cares about is our money not our kids as Long as we pay that is all they want,I think dually because it's black children mostly,I used to think white teachers were the best at teaching kids but I found that this generation of white teachers is the worst.They don't care about "black" children and it's high time we started to talk about this as a people. I think it's high time our black teachers get themselves together because wow it's ugly out here so after this traumatic experience I will be home schooling my kids.Also who expells a grade 2 child from school because he has some behavioral issues isn't it the duty of the educators to try and find out what the problem with the child is?my son is so traumatized because honestly he doesn't understand what he did wrong and also feels like he is a problem.But who cares it's a black child right anyway my advice to black parents if you want to waste your money and your child's mental well being then go ahead. I would not recommend this school to any parent who cares about their child's future.
Iam not going to lie ,prine meridian has been good to me thus far,my car gave me problems and needed to be towed and they didn't even give me stories,a tow truck was assigned to me ASAP within 10 minutes the guy was there his name was Thabo and the service was extremely good.Thank You for being reliable not like the men and politics of this country.🤣
I should actually rate them nothing,after having been with miway for more than 2 years,I missed a premium in March due to tough financial circumstances and unfortunately having an accident in that same month I was treated like a dog,like I was never even a loyal client to them.miway decided to reject my claim.No negotiations,no discussions,nothing.They refused to fix my car,sent me an invoice of R5000 that I must pay to the tow services and car rental which they gave me a car after my accident and took after their assessment. A guy by the name of Khumo was doing the assessment,i must say this guy is full of **** ey,cares nothing about customers.They showed me that in my time of need I didn't matter,despite all the premiums I had paid all those years,honestly iam hurt but then again life goes on but I will never ever recommend these guys to anyone,if your considering insurance go elsewhere.Iam definitely taking my business elsewhere.
On the 25th of January at about 12 am my car wouldn't start,my battery had run flat.I went on to the app and whatsapped them and was helped by Ntsako Chauke,his response was so quick after about 20 minutes or so A man by the name of Jan from First Help came to assist me and mind you I was in a very dangerous area in the township.iam so happy and grateful for Miway.iam definitely staying for the long run and insuring everything with them.Thank you so much Miway,You guys are the best.
I have been having a contract with OnAir TV after I was called by an agent and told at the time that they were phasing out the old decoders mind you i was on the HD decoder, OK I didnt have a problem upgrading to the Explora which was delivered now fast forwad a few months later, they didn't debit my account for two months then I called to ask as I was concerned because they were added on my credit score as I didn't want my credit score to be affected, I was told there was a problem with their banking things which had nothing to do with me because I was paying without any problems. I was then Adviced by the call Centre agent to deposit the money which I did, now today I check my credit score and it's down by 25 points due to the none payment of OnAir. I feel that this is unfair as I have paid on my behalf and the none payment was not my fault. I'm very displeased with this company and just want to pay my debt fully and no longer engage with this company ever again.
