Bad service
On Sunday 23 November 2025 morning early hours of 7am I was admitted at Leratong Hospital, I was so sick need emergency but I didn't get help up until 11am. They took me to ward 14, the staff at ward 14 don't know how to treat patients. They don't care about their patients. I had to stay long hours with drip which is not working. No one wants to fix my drip even the doctors. I had to take it out myself because it was hurting me. I was admitted till Monday 1 December 2025. My body is painful and now I've got few . Leratong Hospital is not a place where you can take ur family for treatment. Staff is rude.

Bad customer service
The supervisor was so rude, she can't take care of customers. The order took 1 hour 30 minutes to be ready.

Credit card enquiries
The service Mom received at Woolworths Dundee was not professional. She had a problem with her Credit card, they told her that she must go to ABSA then we went to ABSA, when we get there they told us to go back to Woolworths, so now we confused what should we do coz we open the account at Woolworths not ABSA. Someone is busy using the Credit card and it charges us. Please assist

Staff Harassment
Around 10:45 am on the 3rd of October, one of the managers at Shoprite Dundee was harassing one of the staff named Thandeka Nsele. Swearing at her in front of the customers. Calling her by names. All customers were shocked of her behavior. Can anyone please try to find this manager. Her name is Nelly Mazibuko, she's a Branch Manager.

Dstv router
2 years back I took the DSTV Internet contract and the service I got, I wasn't happy about it up until I decided to cancel the contract. Now I'm left with their Router which I paid for it. Now it's mine but I can't use it with other service providers. Why?

Blocked Router
Dstv is *** service provider, I was on contract for 24 months for Internet Services. So the contract was finished February 2024 and I was paying for the internet and router. So I canceled the internet coz I don't need their services. The problem I have now is that I can't use my router with other services providers. So now I'm stuck with a useless router.

DSTV is *** service, their services are bad. The past few months I asked them to deactivate the Internet services and they did but now I've been asked to pay for internet services but I don't use their internet anymore. They ****ming me now.

Why DSTV is charging me R1164.49 for DSTV compact and Showmax. Every month they deduct that amount. I even asked them to cancel this internet service because it's not working.

Internet Services
I signed a contract with multichoice DSTV for Internet services, it was for 2 years contract. The 2 years it's over but they still deducting money for the router and data. So I called them to cancel the contract because it was over 2 years and I specify that I don't need their Data. I want to use the data that is left. But they want me to pay for a data again but they never top up the 400GB.
