We booked a northern lights cruise in 2020 and are due to take it up this December (COVID). We are still not in possession of statements that prove our zero balance and although we booked together some of us now have documentation with a different ship name! We have also been charged different additional amounts for rebooking. I have been trying to resolve this for months. My last Hello Peter complaint resulted in a few calls to pacify me and then nothing.... I am sorry to have to suggest that you need to be really really really careful about booking with Flight Centre at the moment.
They deduct my premium twice every month. They promise to resolve and then don't... two deductions again this morning. Enough!
