Don't confuse this Company with Debt Solutions Debt Counsellors
Please note that this company is not to be confused with Debt Solutions Debt Counsellors who has been assisting Consumers since 2007. The ORIGINAL Debt Solutions is an award winning Company with NO complaints against it. Look for the logo of a "consumer" pushing a wheelbarrow filled with bills. When you find it you will know that you are with the best Debt Counsellor available in the industry.

No assistance from Nimble regarding Wonga accounts
As a debt counselor I am currently going through the ordeal of getting assistance from Nimble in relation to a Wonga account. There is absolutely no response from Nimble and no answer at the so called debt review contact number. Wonga will be in trouble with the NCR if this is not resolved soon. Consumers should think twice before taking out a Wonga loan as no one is interested in helping if you get into financial trouble.

Bosch: not fixing dishwasher under warranty
Worst after sale service ever! I've been struggling since April to have my dishwasher (still under warranty) fixed. The call center keeps giving me a date for the technician to visit to fix the machine. He however NEVER pitches. I wanted to buy a Bosch tumble drier but have changed my mind due to this. I will not support them again.

Botched Contract Renewal
I renewed my contract and the wrong amount of minutes were allocated to the "new" contract, rendering it useless to me. Despite providing them with a recording of my conversation with the salesperson, nobody is willing and/or able to assist me to get the contract fixed. I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed in them. They are useless and incompetent!
