I am still waiting for my refund, it's been 2 months! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. ****MERS!!!!!!
Finally, out of 9 pairs of tracksuits only 4 got delivered. The tracksuits were meant for different people of different sizes and what I received had no sizes labelled on them, the material of the tracksuits looked like pyjamas. Mind you this delivery came after 6 weeks after being told it takes 12 days. They were not even bothered that they sent 4 pairs instead of 9. They refused to give me an address to courier the things back to them, instead, they gave me a cell phone number to use Paxi. Their ugly tracksuits have been sitting at PEP greenstone mall for the past 9 days and they have not even bothered to go collect it so that they can refund back my money. SUCH A DISGRACE TO SMALL BUSINESSES THAT WANT TO MAKE AN HONEST LIVING. yet every day they post stupid stories of their ****ty products.
After waiting for a month and 2 weeks for my 9 pairs of tracksuits to arrive, they arrived, and they looked like pyjamas, and instead of getting 9 pairs, I got 4 pairs without even sizes labelled on them. You are better off buying tracksuits at Chinese shops even, Sancia wears does a terrible job with a stinking attitude and lack of customer service.
I ordered 9 pairs of tracksuits a month ago and still waiting, they ****d an aramex tracking code. THEY ARE BIG ****MERS! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
I was approached by one of your consultants at Clearwater Mall, who then asked me to subscribe without disclosing that that this will be a debit debicheck debit order every month. Her words exactly were: " Every month you will be asked to pay the R130 and on months where you fo not want to use the services you can choose not to pay, as in you pay as and when you need to use it." I then agreed to the subscription only because of that, only to realise once I have disclosed my my details that it's a monthly debicheck debit order. I then declined the mandate multiple times and even informed the agent that I will not be going ahead with the service as it's a debit order and she disclosed false information just to get a sale. Kindly reverse the debit order and cancel that subscription. It's very unprofessional of you to debit me when I have declined the mandate multiple times.
Can you please refund the money you have been deducting from my vodacom line. RUBBISH .
