The Australian brand SANCIA is NOT associated with this brand 'Sancia Wears'
Please be aware this brand 'Sancia Wears' has NO connection to the high-end brand SANCIA (@sancia_thelabel) 'Sancia Wears' has ****** the brand name. The Australian company SANCIA is a worthy investment, the quality is impeccable and customer service absolutely incredible. I have shopped with SANCIA for years now and I can honestly say I have never experienced packaging to the standard of SANCIA and their products are the same impeccable quality. Their shipping is fast and the craftsmanship of their products beyond beautiful. Please do not get the brands confused.

****. Do not buy from them. I've waited 3 months to get my products. They don't respond. They stole my money and now they are ignoring me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I AM OPENING A CASE AT THE POLICE AGAINST THEM. FORTUNATELY I HAVE THEIR BANKING DETAILS TO DO SO.

****. Do not buy from them. I've waited 3 months to get my products. They don't respond. They stole my money and now they are ignoring me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I AM OPENING A CASE AT THE POLICE AGAINST THEM. FORTUNATELY I HAVE THEIR BANKING DETAILS TO DO SO.

These people are ****mer. Ordered 27July 6 pairs of tracksuits. They said it will take 10-12 days to deliver. Till this day nothing they are just mizing me. I want my refund.

Very poor customer service .
Do not order from these people. I ordered the last week of May and it’s now the end of July. Every time I message , they say they will “ check on it “ . They do not get back to me unless I message about my order . And even so , they will still respond with “ let me check on this “ . There’s been numerous times which they’ve told me that my order will be dispatched or there’s an issue that will be resolved and I should give them more time , but I still have not received good feedback from them . I am currently being ignored by them . I unfortunately did not see other reviews prior to ordering , if I did , I would not have ordered . A waste of time and money .

Finally, out of 9 pairs of tracksuits only 4 got delivered. The tracksuits were meant for different people of different sizes and what I received had no sizes labelled on them, the material of the tracksuits looked like pyjamas. Mind you this delivery came after 6 weeks after being told it takes 12 days. They were not even bothered that they sent 4 pairs instead of 9. They refused to give me an address to courier the things back to them, instead, they gave me a cell phone number to use Paxi. Their ugly tracksuits have been sitting at PEP greenstone mall for the past 9 days and they have not even bothered to go collect it so that they can refund back my money. SUCH A DISGRACE TO SMALL BUSINESSES THAT WANT TO MAKE AN HONEST LIVING. yet every day they post stupid stories of their ****ty products.

Waste of money and time
I Placed an order on the 23rd of June Via Instagram. Sent through my POP as advised. I was told that I would recieve communication when my package is dispatched. I waited for a week and asked for feedback and I was told ÿour order is in process" whatever that means. I asked for my refund and was asked if I can give them this week to dispatch and I said i will give them until Wednesday the 12th. I have been talking to myself in the inbox but they are updating their stories. What company does not provide a contact number or email address for their clients? do not bother purchashing from them. They do not provide decent customer service!

All these 5 star reviews (who all happen to be on the same date/time, coincidence much?) are most likely them trying to cover up the fact that they are wasting people’s time & money. It’s actually disgusting that someone is able to take advantage of so many people. It’s sick.
