On friday the 30th May 2025 I was served a dirty salad at this Bossa, its called earthchild on the menu, they pilled avocado and included the avocado covers in the salad; I raised this with the waiter and she called the manager who didnt care at all, he said he is going to the kitchen and never returned. the waiter came back with the bill few minutes later, I assumed they decided that I deserved that kind of treatment. TERREBLE EXPIRIENCE
Excellent service from the getworth team, they go out of the way to ensure the customer is satisfied. The aftersales team was extraordinary in resolving the issues I raised and I am a happy customer now.
