DISGUSTING SERVICE AND ********* BUSINESS PRACTICES.THESE PEOPLE ARE ******. So I took my H6 for a service on 6/01/25. Was told my car is tip top according to mechanic and diagnostic.Exactly a week later my car broke down on the road, had to have it towed in. Car stood with them for a week as they wouldn't honour the fact that my car was a month out of warranty. The quote to replace the entire loom wa 27k. George McGowan Horrible Little Human Something or the other (Service Manager) at Cape Gate lBranch told me to deal with Fabian Stanley (customer service manager at Gwm). Fabian was so rude he actually dropped the phone in my ear. Tried emailing His direct superior, whatever his inflated title might be Yusuf Patel at Gwm, he blatantly ignored my emails. Anyway, I decided to have my car moved to another non Haval affiliated auto electrician. At this point Haval Cape Gate specifically George McGowan And Elsa refused to release my vehicle stating the 27k was a discounted price. and they will only release my car if I pay another 2500k for a diagnostic, mind you I paid for a diagnostic and service a week prior. After being bul**** and forced to pay my car was released at 17.00 after the tow truck had been waiting since 14.00. I got my car to the new auto electrician after 18.00 (they were amazing as they were closed already but waited for my car. The next morning at 8.20 after they worked on my car for 20 minutes they called to say they found the problem and it was fixed. I can collect my car. Guess what? The cost was from the Auto electrician was R2500 Incl. 2.5kThat's it!!! It was apparently only minor fault. This after being quoted 27k after discount (initial quote from George McGowan at haval was 46k) My car was on the road that same morning. I am truly shocked and disgusted at the ******* business practices of Haval Cape Gate And GWM. I Feel sickened at how you do business. Shame on you.

WOW WOW WOW!!!! Where to even start. From the bottom of my heart Quintin and your entire team at CR Auto services in Brackenfell Industrial,Thank you!!! You restored my faith in humanity again after weeks of a horrid nightmare service from Haval Cape Gate. You guys are the most honest reliable and courteous group of people I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Within 20 minutes you sorted my car out and instead of paying almost 40k to Haval which would have taken a month, according to them you found the problem in a few minutes, and this cost me less than 3k.Yes... from 40k to 3k. You have a loyal client for life my brother. Thank you
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Stay far far away from this terrible dealership. You will notice as you drive in, no parking it's literally crowded so you park across the road. The Service staff is rude and unhelpful. Had to sit and wait for half hour for my car to be booked in for a service. Mind you, I had made a booking 3 months prior. They had the gall to try and charge me R500 to replace a ***** that holds my licence plate into place, R500, like really. R800 to rrpkace the front fog light. First off, I hate driving this haval piece if Chinese ****, then the customer service at the Cape Gate branch just cemented this fact. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
Horrible pathetic customer service #FidelityADT, #adtsecurity, #adt, #adt security cape town What justifies paying for security and armed response, with no response to a panic button after 2 hours. The customer service agents blatantly lie to your face when asked these questions. Hardware (keyboard, transmittor, transmittor batteries needs to be bought every year at ridiculous prices because the keep packing up. Please someone refer me to who I can report this ridiculous joke of a company to, offices are in N1city Cape Town. TIA.
