Me n my husband was renting a house in klipfontein via mandated agency group the agent name is Kgomotso matjila, we paid R5500 deposit and now we moved out but he failed to give our R5500 back now he’s not answering our calls and Wattsup

I was registered with debtline and cancel them before they deduct month end but I received an email saying even if I cancel m already flagged and I must pay all my debt before they remove my name and m owing them R4500 for canceling

M tebogeng I registered with debt busters and cancel them after a week of registration but they have flagged my name just because I cancelled them and they say I own them R5500 fee for canceling and I must pay all my debt and send them proof of payment on order to clear my name.
