Professional Big ****mers
Your money is gone with these ones I was misled by this company. I paid fees totaling R6,500.00 in four installments, with the final payment made in or about February 2026. After payment was completed, the company ceased communication and failed to respond to my calls, emails, or WhatsApp messages. No services were rendered, no feedback was provided, and no explanation has been given. Despite this, my credit profile still reflects that I am under debt review. I have suffered financial prejudice and accordingly request a full refund of R6,500.00 and immediate correction of my debt review status.

Ordered and paid but did not receive product over weeks
Very disappointed and dissatisfied with their service. I have ordered a product for R400 2 weeks ago and still have not received my order. Before placing the order I was told I will receive my order between 1 - 4 days but after I have paid them. I have been getting excuses but did not receive my order. I have all the proof. I feel ****med and now I just want my money back because they don’t deliver what I paid for.

MTN ZTE WiFi terrible service ever
MTN WIFI have been terrible, the wifi has never worked however they have consistently billed us for a service that has never been delivered. Their customer service has been awful, with absolutely zero call backs and continuously put us on hold. I kept on calling them regarding my issue and they promised to assist and provide me with internet services but they never do but when it’s time to bill me they take my money l feel ****med and ******. If i could give them no stars I would. I would never recommend anyone to buy their wifi services.

Supper horrible service
Horrible service. This business is a scam they’re scamming people their money, they promise people good service but it never happen, at first they first they demand 70% of the money then only deliver small material after a month, then material that they deliver is way way less worth than the money you paid them, then they demand 20% of the money for the service. After you paid that money to them and now they have 90% of your money they don’t deliver at all. I am a victim of that as well I can provide as much evidence as needed. On their social media platforms they delete all the truthful comments so that they can scam as much people as they can.
