Been Pet Outsurance for a few years and have always been very happy with their service, so caring and prompt payments, will not change anytime soon

Disappointed Vodacom Customer
We have been Vodacom customers for about 20 years, went have been to the Cape Gate store many times to renew contracts. Two weeks ago we went to renew 1 of our contracts and ordered two pairs of Galaxy airbuds, and were told as there was stock it would take up to 3 days to arrive at the store. 4 days later I went to check and were told again it would be a couple more days. A couple days later, checked again and still not arrived. 3rd visit (2 weeks after the order placed) went to check again and only 1 pair had arrived. I am extremely disappointed with the information given and the lack of communication from the sales man John. MC, another sales consultant, was the only one who was upfront and able to help and gave us the 1st airbuds and he wont even earn any commission on the deal. Communication and being honest with ur loyal customers is of utmost importance.

Tenorshare - Untrustworthy
This site is a scam! Extremely disappointed in their service, we downloaded the software and proceeded to try recover our files, they were there but we could not view the photos properly. We were in communication with their support team and once we mentioned we wanted a refund as the software was not working, they went quiet. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT USE TENORSHARE SITE!!!! They also work under other names as well.

Upgrade promp at a charge
I was informed via sms that my contract can be upgraded, so I proceeded to do so on the online app. When we got to the shop to pick up the phone we were informed of a R70/month charge for 7 month for early upgrade. This is seriously outrageous and a total rip off. We have been with Vodacom for many many years and recommend it to friends, family and work colleagues. They should be upfront with their information before people upgrade at their prompt and then to be charged. Not impressed at all!!!!
