I have been getting download speeds of 4MBps yet I pay for a 30MBps line, Rain sent a technician to come test the router and they then installed an external router which also gave low speeds. I asked Rain to cancel my subscription as of 29 Feb 2024 and they cancelled it immediately while I was busy working from home. I called to ask what happened why do I not have coverage and they said someone cancelled my subscription immediately and they can't reinstate it. What ****py service
3 weeks ago, my partner and I went to Casa Bella Mall of Africa. Had to wait a good 30mins before being assisted, the food took it's time to arrive and then the waiter decides to charge the meals separately yet we ordered the 2 course meal. We then decided to give them a try once again last week Friday after the poor service we had received prior which turned out to be an even bigger mistake. The waiter charged our meals separately instead of the 2 course meal price. When we corrected him and reminded him what the 2 course meal costs, he went to another waiter who then came to our table and stated they can't correct the bill which I found absurd. He then went on and said we must pay the amount stated which I refused as that amount is not the price of the meals we ordered. When I asked to speak to the manager, they ignored my request and advised me I can pay the actual cost of the meals and then requested a tip on top of it. I honestly am disappointed in the mediocre service I've received on both occassions. Casa Bella Mall of Africa can definitely miss my patronage
The bus left at 07h30 from Cape Town to Pietermaritzburg meant to arrive at 09h30 but we are still enroute. The bus failed the weighbridge weigh in thrice and the driver had to resort to asking a passing taxi to take 15 passengers from the bus to the Caltex in Swellendam in order for the bus to pass the weigh in. This has caused a 2hr delay with none of the drivers explaining to us what is going on or even an apology. I'm meant to be at the hospital at 10am for admission but no, here I am on the road not by choice.
I ordered a pizza from the Deboanirs pizza app at 14h00 and was expecting it by atleast 14h40 and up until now I have still not received it. I paid on the app using my bank card and called the call centre trying to find out what the delay is and when they check, they confirm that the pizza should have arrived at 14h45 and then the helpdesk called the store to find out what the delay is and the store called me to verify my address which I did. It's now 15h51 and still no pizza and when I ask to cancel and get a refund they say it will take 5 working days to process. All in all I have lost my money, wasted my time as I knock off at 15h30 as well as have not eaten since breakfast. Really disgusted by this service or lack there of.
