WORST INSURACE COMPANY! what a ****
I am utterly disgusted by the service offered at Monarch Insurance, I have been stuck on hold trying to reach them to amend beneficiary details on my policy. This is unacceptable. Just a month ago we had to process a claim only for the fund to be received TWO WEEKS LATER AFTER THE FUNERL !!!!!!!! so much for resting assured that our family member's are covered only to be stressed while mourning. This is DISRESPECTFUL AND INEFFICIENT !!!!!!!!!

So far I haven't experience anything why I m saying that is I have not done any claim, but their consultant are very good can explain and make you understand everything about their policy, I was helped by Thapelo Tlaka very pecient humble and helpful

Reinstate or I want my premiums back . WHY IS MY POLICY CANCELLED
I was contact on the 04th September 2023 regarding my policy being cancelled due to an unpaid debit order, my agreement with Covision was to debit my account on the 07th of each month which has always been the case with no issues, however I am now send a SMS to say the policy is cancelled. I contacted the head office and was promised a call back to date nothing. I REFUSE TO LET MY PREMIUMS GO DOWN THE DRAIN JUST LIKE THAT.

Bears at it again, *****STERS
Bears is at it again sending me from pillar to post regarding my commission, I have referred a customer to them who qualified for credited and app****, I am still waiting for the 5% commission to date Now that they have to pay me the head office is sending me to the branch, then the branch sends me back to the head office, then I'm being told that the person dealing with my issue is not in , then its another story of the branch waiting for authorization from head office (IT ONE BIG MESS) I STAND BY THE LAST STATEMENT I MADE THAT BEARS IS A *****. they better sort this out

Beares is a FRAUD
Bears is a SCAM A sales rep called me regarding a new account which was opened, I was then advised when I refer other prospects I would then get commission for each prospect(5%of the amount used), I submitted 3 they only paid up two (which seems to be for lower amounts) the bigger amount is till outstanding , they advised that they have escalated the matter however to date nothing has been done and I'm being pushed from pillar to post. THE AIM IS FOR THEM TO GET NEW CLIENTS HOWEVER THEY DO NOT KEEP THEIR END OF THE BARGIN. A TOTAL FRAUD.
