This place was amazing, great service. The room was warm and cosy... The food was delicious and staff were very friendly and helpful.. Thank-you

PATHETIC SERVICE
To whom it may concern: My wife and I made a booking through booking.com.. We received confirmation from the hotel to say I booking was confirmed I have all emails and messages to confirm what I'm saying is true. I think the service is pathetic and you made it a big inconvenience for my wife and I at 7pm at night to look for another place. I think the service between booking.com and Africa Paradise - OR Tambo Airport Boutique Hotel was pathetic... We were then told to go to some low class B&B down the road... Africa Paradise - OR Tambo Airport Boutique Hotel blames booking.com and then the cheek to send me a email this morning to say I was a no show... PATHETIC SERVICE

False advertising

No free play no promotions No Happy Birthday!!!
To whom it may concern I have a gold card and I donated points during covid! I have also supported carnival for many years from the old maroon to silver and then to Gold... I don't receive any free play or promotions... I also did not receive anything for my birthday.. I have spent a lot more money than I have won but yet I still make use of Carnival City Casino... At the Mvg desk they could not answer my questions about why I never received anything for my birthday nor why I don't receive any free play! Please I want this rectified!
