Placed order on line and still stood in the drive thru for 30 mins...they should call it a park thru. There drive through has continuous problems with getting orders wrong and holding up the line. Two weeks ago we ordered 5 meals and got home without any cooldrinks also because there was a hold up in the drive through.Last week I brought my kid for a happy meal and they had no toys....someone needs to help this management review their processes.Rediculous.

I now understand why people are choosing to leave this poor excuse of service provider.Irrate doesn't even begin to explain.They will continue to lose customers to streaming platforms because disgusting customer service.They do as they please with no explanation and when u call them out on your bull they tell its just the way it is with no good reason for the way it is.
Despite all the warnings from so many people, I in error gave Rain service a chance to my detriment. I am ever sorry. I have wasted so much airtime trying to get hold of their 'Support' to assist me and when I did get hold of anyone, they apologized every time and promise to fix the problem....it is now over a month and I still have no refund after cancelling the service a day after activation.(You are promised a full refund if you cancel within the 1st 7 days) After being promised by numerous agents that after collection it will take 7 working days to get my full refund back, no one collected the router.Call after call, I dealt with some or other error because the person I spoke to before escalated my query to incorrect departments and no one gets back to you. Eventually almost a month later, on the 25/03/2022 the router was collected because someone finally got the process right. I was promised that I would get my refund with in 7 working days....on inquiry everyday 'supports' response is ...it will take 7 working days.....I am so over this bad service and the waste of my resources, after being told again this morning (06/06/2022) that it was escalated to billing but no feedback has been received. The poor clerks seem to have no problem solving ability because according to them, they can't even contact people in these departments, all they can do is send an email. There is apparently no managers or supervisors that can help as they would just tell you the same thing. I still don't have my money back, after the agent said they would call me back when they get feedback( still no call back). Last week I held on for over 15 minutes, without getting through, because your time and money mean nothing to these people. Honestly, I have not ever experienced such poor service. I will never advocate for Rain and I will advise everyone against using this service.
I have only had positive experiences with them. If you stick to your commitment and their advice, you will receive positive results.
