Another flop of a delivery
Ordered a birthday gift on the 5th June and the selected item was set to be delivered the same day .i got a WhatsApp text from them at 07:12 the next day to state that they couldn’t deliver and that they will put the delivery as priority .24 hours passed ,no communication nothing ,since morning the order was “out for delivery”. Until I had to call and I was told its out for delivery.i requested to cancel since the birthday is long overdue and it was pointless to send late . I was told that I will be charged 15% handling fee and delivery fee . I’m the one inconvenienced. Very unprofessional 😫😫😫😫going to stores is better than trusting this people .

Bad quality and bad services
I bought a wardrobe from mattress and couch on the 13th of feb and I was told the delivery will on Wednesday the following week.the guys came and I wasn’t impressed with the installations ,the hanging rack is falling off and I can’t hang clothes .I showed them before they left ,the told me that there’s nothing they can do as it comes like that.I called the store while they were still here and they said they will replace the rack tubes .till today they have been giving me excuses.and the wardrobe is strongly smelling of a paint ,It’s bad the quality is also poor it can break anytime Almost all the nails weren’t used for the wardrobe they said it’s the remaining nails but how possible as none of specific one weren’t used . I’m stuck with a wardrobe I am not using I told them to fetch it I nolonger want it .they said they can’t refund me . The person who was assisting me Sam gave me email address and said we won’t refund you .

Scammers😢
I have been with Telkom and their insurers since 2019,paid up my device and continued with paying insurance,lost my phone and now they offer me an old device and yet my lum sum is over the amount of that device ,Claire is now ignoring my mails ,been calling their office and they told me I should mail if I'm not happy with the device .to date nobody is replying or helping me .what a slap in the face ,now I do not have a device .What am I paying for ? sometimes I get over charged on my monthly payments and now this .
