GFS Express is by far the most unreliable courier I have ever dealt with. My parcel has shown “out for delivery” since 13 November, yet days later it still has not arrived. I phoned them multiple times, received empty promises, and every update was untrue. GFS Express gives inaccurate information, makes false promises, and ignores simple delivery instructions. I find them unreliable, inconsistent, and that they cannot be trusted with any delivery. I will refuse any future order shipped through them.
It appears that Makro Online has failed to deliver a satisfactory service once again. I bought Microsoft Office from them through their online platform. However, the product key they supp**** for activation appears to have already been utilized. Can this be considered *****ulent behavior?
Purchase earphones from Makro online. Even phoned their customer care to ensure they were shipping the correct product – after noticing discrepancy on the shipping advise. Was ensured they are sending the correct product. Guess what. They send the wrong product. Was told they will urgently attend to exchange the product. Now they are ignoring my e-mails. First and last experience with Makro Online.
<p>I phoned customer care this morning. Well, after 18 minutes having to listen to the same recording over, and over, and over ... I decided to end the call. Is this the new level of service, even from our big corporates? No service?</p>
