Poor customer service
I have submitted a refund claim with avbob on the 22 of January, to-date they have not refunded me,the dependent passed away before the waiting period,so I need the premiums as per the service agreement

hygien and customer health
shoprite mini in gamaphutheng has spoilt meat in their butchery,i sent a child to go buy for me,the meat is spoilt.I will return it tomorrow in the morning,the sad part is that it caters to a huge community that stands to be poisoned by rotten meat,this is not the first health issue i have with this shop,it seems as though they will not improve because the do get complaints but there is no improvement in their service.I will update tomorrow after returning their meat.

Bad company image
We know we have a lot of undocumented foreigners operating *******ly and in pavements where they are not supposed to,we don't expect one of the best banks that we gave to be doing the same thing,in katlehong masakhane street,next to Gamaphutheng shopping centre we have consultants operating there,there are no stalls there. What does this say about the image of Nedbank?do we even trust that what they are doing there is within the specifications of their jobs and Nedbank as a business?This is tarnishing the image of the bank.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have a huge concern about the shoprite mini in gamaphuteng shoping centre,i have been given the same treatment especially when i try to withdraw money from the cash send facility.I once had the same issue and logged it with their customer service,i thought it will imrpove their service,but it seems as though it has gone from bad to worse,today i went and was told again that i cannot withdraw as a result i did not buy anything,i even tried shoprite liquor,the cashier there also told me that their systems are not working.The cashier from shoprite mini is Bongiwe Ntanda and the supervisor said the same thing,they say they have logged a complaint and thos has been happening for sometime,which i know it is not true,there are customers who would struggle to buy electricity from one cashier who will say the systems are offline then the other cashier will give assistance.I suggest this cashiers are rottated from one shop to the other because they end up instilling bad customer service as its a norm for this store from the old employees

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE/FALSE ADVERTISING
I AM ALWAYS GIVING A REVIEW ABOUT THIS SHOP BECAUSE IT IS NEARER TO WHEN I AM STAYING,TODAY I WENT TO BUY MY GROCERIES,THEY DONT HAVE STOCK,THIS SHOP FOREVER SELLS NO STOCK,I THEN ASKED THE PACKERS TO GO CHECK RAMA IN THEIR STORAGE,AS BIG AS THIS SHOP IS AND SERVICING THE WHOLE NORTH COMMUNITY THEY DONT HAVE RAMA AT ALL,THEY EVEN CALLED THE WHOLE DEPARTMENT MANAGER WHO TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL HAVE STOCK ON WEDNESDAY.WHY DO YOU ADVERTISE NO STOCK ITEMS?OR IS IT A FORM OF SAVING ON LOWER PRICES?THEN CLOSE THIS SHOP AND GIVE OTHER RETAILERS A CHANCE TO CLOSE THE GAP AND SERVER THE PEOPLE.

Unhealthy conditions
ShopRite mini in Gamaphutheng is selling rotten stock,everything except from some of the food they source out daily like bread. Their chocolate has melted,and the packaging is not sealed,their custard is not sealed,their butchery meat is rotten,they don't check the sell by date on the prepacked sandwiches. Can we please get food inspectors to come and see this before people get poisoned because of expired and unsafe conditions of what is sold in Shoprite mini katlehong (Gamaphutheng) Let's rather not have a shoprite mini than staff and management that does not value the customer's healthy

FOOD POISONING
I sent a child to buy me polony from shoprite in gamaphutheng,the polony was rotten,i took it back and the manager said we must go check maybe their fridges are not working,we went and the fridge is working but all the sliced polony and ham are expired,this is how we are getting food poison stories around our area,these people dont check what they are selling to customers,imagine if this was bought by a parent for her kids after school?the kids does not check expiring dates and they will just consume without checking.If you can go now to check on checkers in dinwiddie one will never find anything like this,people managing these supermarkets dont check what they are selling because they dont care how they make their profits,as long as there is profits at the end of the day. SHOPRITE YOU BETTER DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS

Poor customer service
Shoprite mini katlehong's customer service is a nightmare,people have been complaining to the regional and he does not help us at all,all he does is sweet talk customers but let's the behaviour continue happening,customers are tired now,there is a ticktok message trending, which is long overdue.

Bad customer service,false advertising
I am a very unhappy Katlehong shoprite mini ,I have spoken to the manager,brand manager and the regional on numerous times,their staff is just not willing to assist customers.I went to the shop to buy the advertised lines and I was once told that they are in the store from and I must buy the other product and the staff must push for that line,on another occasion I was told it is not on stock,when I spoke to the brand manager it was in the store room and he had to assist me,then on another occasion I called the shop first because I know they sell ko stock,and the lady in the office told me there is stock available and se was very rude,those are just a few incidents I have had with them,today I spoke to a veronicah who told me she is sitting in the the the the office and cannot go check for me,I am tired of calling the regional and complaining where as nothing is done about the bad service and false advertising and incompetency of their staff

I bought a doughnut at Spar Mathambo today,it is rotten,it has green mold underneath and inside the doughnut
