I spoke to Siphumeze Kwake in relation to customising my package with Isabella Garcia she was super helpful, had such a friendly and warm phone mannerisms - just an overall pleasure to deal with. Siphumeze offered me great assistance with my query and was well informed in order to help me understand the products offered and what steps to take next with regard to my order package.
I have been experiencing ***** on my account for the past two months. I have done everything in my power as an FNB client to solve this, such as going into a branch, calling customer service, calling the ***** department and chatting to my "team of bankers". I had asked FNB to please investigate my account to which they charged me R750 for a ten page statement??? Upon talking to my team of bankers I was able to track down the *****ulent charges to which I had included in my email to the ***** department of charges on my virtual card in another province! that was a month ago. To this day I have not received my missing funds and any feedback on how *****ulent activity occurred on my virtual card as the cvv changes every hour and I need my biometrics to make a purchase aswell as the money taken from my account by FNB. My only course of action is to now take FNB to court. Worst customer care experience.
Disgusting how they actually treat their staff and call themselves working professionals. Worst employer. Worst company Lacks professionalism and experience.
