No item ,no money, ....is this theft???? We work hard for our money ,pay back the money....disgusting service, why url wanna use 3rd parties or other sellers when url can't keep up or don't choose the right people....at the end of the day I paid makro and I want my money....why is makro the worst.....
Yet Again, terrible service from makro....logged a return 06/02 item still not collected .this is the 3rd time incorrect item supp****....it is your problem Makro....u advertising on your site for those suppliers....I did buy it from the suppliers website I bought it from MAKRO....SORT THIS OUT URGENTLY AND OFFER SOME DECENT SERVICE. Too greedy to have 1 ton suppliers but can't handle operation.
Ordered an item online and keep getting the incorrect item. Online orders are of other suppliers but it is on makro website so its the responsibility of makro to make sure we get correct items...I have been waiting on the chat for over an hour ,this is ridiculous and frustrating. Given a second opportunity and still getting the Wong item.Please take responsibility @Makro
Online products are terrible ,there is always something wrong with the products ,customer service is the worst at Cornubia Branch Durban, I had to tell them how to do their job ,terrible experience,no empathy ,.worst company I have dealt with as a whole ,from online to instore to so called customer service .they lodge your complaint ànd then do nothing about it.Yourl need to hire some competent people and have a system if not yourl wasting people's valuable time and space for a better shop to be there.
I paid them for a photoshoot for October 29th.. Mel was so friendly i actually fell for her manipulative ways. Due to the weather she kept postponing. I paid R650 and did not even get my photo shoot n now they gone off the face of the earth.. They are thieves... Do not fall for them. If at any time Mel you see this... That money wont last you long.such a shame if u have kids and teach them your rogue ways.
I have been a long standing loyal customer of cell c for over ten years....i have paid my contract every month... From February cell c has been suspending my service... Wen it gets suspended I have to borrow another phone because cell c is so stupid that we cant even contact them wen it is suspended. I repeatedly have to explain to them that I have been doin eft for over four years and they wanna come now n say I'm in arrears for bounced debit orders that do not even match the time frame.. Every two weeks they have been cutting my line n I must go to incompetent managers to sort and they still can't sort it.i have sent proof of payments and still they finance department is so useless that they cannot allocate properly .. I cannot wait for my contact to be ended wit them... @cellc.. Plz sort this matter out urgently as I am not willing to sort this every two weeks until September. Cell c service is disgusting and never in my life have I dealt with such stupidity. I'm ashamed to tell anyone the network I use. Kavisha
