What a great experience with Charlene Viljoen and her team she rescued a application that another company *****ed up sorry for my language .... its the second time in 8 years she came thru for me , I lost her contact details from the first time I delt with her ,found it on some old documents so happy I did Her service is great she and ooba really goes the extra mile to help clients with their needs .....Thanks Again Charlene your the best

had a bad experience with kfc nigel was asked by kfc it self to report it so that they can investigate with an case number ...i did that and gave them the case number but did not hear from them after that....they service is as bad as their food was for me now
Very bad service at first we never had a problem with them ,the problem started when they said we can upgrade to uncapped for a 100 rand more we were on the 150/150 gb package ,at first we tought it was a good deal untill we went on super sonics website and saw a deal that will fit better with us for 499 a month we called them a day or 2 afterwards and cancelled the 899 upgrade and changed it to the 499 uncapped package . We as the customer service lady for a refrance number an d we was told they do not give it. ok foward to the first of may 2022 we got a message stating we are on the 899 plan i called them straight away at 8 am on a sunday an spoke to their call center and told them there was a mistake we wanted the 499 plan we ask for we got told by her that it is cancelled so we did not worry further on 2 may 2022 i went online to check ma usage and it still showed that we are on the 899 plan so first thing on monday i called the an their reply was we have to pay for the 899 an only from end of june we will be on the 499 plan as we requested a downgrade on the first of may.........!!! AGAIN I DID NOT ASK FOR A DOWNGRADE I ASKED TO BE BILLED FOR THE ****** 499 PLAN I REQUESTED AND NOT FROM JUNE FROM THE ****** FIRST OF MAY ...........AFTER COUNTLESS PHONE CALLS MY PROBLEM IS NOT FIXED IWILL NOT PAY FOR A SSERVICE THAT I DID NOT REQUEST FOR BECAUSE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES INCOMPETENCE....I WILL CANCEL YOUR DEBIT ORDER UNTIL THIS IS SORTED OUT
