On the 10th of November 2025 I accepted a settlement offer from ADRS and promptly paid. I was told that it could take seven days for payment to reflect and that it will then take another 14 to 21 days to receive a settlement letter. Despite multiple formal email follow-ups, I still have no settlement letter. These things affect my credit score / ability to get credit, but it seems that once you have paid, you are off the radar. It is sad that one has to post here to get a response.
One of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. From dubious telephonic sales tactics by a 3rd party marketing company, poor 3rd party installation and a panic button that wasn't tested nor demonstrated to me. Since signing up on the 10th of January 2025, the panic button has never worked to this day. Despite multiple phone calls and emails with reference numbers that I have on hand. There has been no resolution. This is a safety issue for my family and there is likely a legal aspect to this. I have been paying for a service that does not work. I require this contract to be cancelled with immediate effect.
The product and features and response seems very good, but the way this was sold to me... Leaves a very bad taste in my month, I will be cancelling shortly.
