I want to pay my account, only to find that I am being charged a ridiculous amount which doesn’t make any sense. For the month of May, I paid R709 which includes Dstv package, Showmax and the Dstv WiFi(internet). Today, which is the 30th of June, I now suddenly have to pay R1108. When I request a June statement, there’s nothing, only May. And they will charge me for paying a day late when I have been dealing with their chat agent Thandokazi who was not helpful at all
I have been trying to get hold of the customer service team from Adidas. It’s been over 12 days and no one is willing to assist me with my orders. I have an order which I paid for and one which needs to be returned. The order which has to be returned was created on 26/11/2024. I went to their branches and the staff there told me that I cannot return it because I ordered online, unless I exchange it for the same amount, they don’t even have a single item which I want. I was told to wait for the courier people to come collect my item. With the item I ordered, was supposed to be delivered on 01/12/2024, to this day, nothing. I ordered online in advance because I had plans. I had to cancel because of their delay.
Such poor service for returning an online order. I requested for a return on Saturday. No one is getting back to me and there are no clear instructions on how to get all this done. Yet my return has started
I processed my claim online with Old Mutual on the 7th of October 2024, to this day which is the 5th of November they are unable to process my payment. My ex employer has been sending emails back and forth to different departments. No one is willing to help. We only received responses with no success from Michelle Williams, who is the senior administrator no assistance. Jason Hammer, no assistance, Elroy Kiewiets who confirmed the emails which consist of 17 long emails, no assistance. People from the Mosaic department are hiding somewhere else instead of assisting. I have been told that only someone from this mosaic department can assist. A claim which was supposed to take more or less 10 days, now takes 30 days to be processed. We have been sending emails to the UmbrellaStandAlone as well. They are just not bothered.
They called me nonstop to make payments for a service not rendered to me. When I finally got through to the third party of which Edgars failed to assist me with, I got a reference for them to give me a refund. It has been over 2 weeks and Edgars is now ignoring all my messages but when they wanted my money they could call me almost every 2 weeks. Now that it’s my turn, they’ve gone mute.
I placed an order with the wig company, received the first order and finished paying the instalments. I inquired about another wig of which I spoke with one of their rude consultants and only to find out the instalments would be different from the first order. She sent through a mandate and it so happens that I agreed because I wanted the wig. The instalments were then going to be R535. They debited R580 from my account and as per their agreement they start debiting your account once you paid the delivery fee and once you have received your order. I never received the order because I didn’t pay the delivery fee. They debited my account with R580 plus R170 and I still don’t have the order. Nokwanda is the rude consultant who is now telling me that I will be charged R340 for the cancellation
I have an agreement with Edgars of which they offered me airtime from Vodacom and I pay it via my Edgars account. It’s been a year exactly with no airtime allocation from Vodacom yet my Edgars account has a balance owing. I received an sms from Vodacom about technical issues and the airtime will be allocated in the month of May. Still nothing. Now I’m receiving messages from Edgars that I should pay the amount owing on the Edgars account. This is affecting my credit score badly and no one is helping me with this issue. I spoke with many consultants from Edgars and still, no help. Why should I pay for a service not rendered to me
On the 28th of March I requested a ride. R94 was debited from my bank account, so because it was raining and it was getting late I had to make other means of transportation since I waited for more than 15 minutes. I cancelled the ride and R24 was charged for the cancellation. What happened to the remaining balance as that was not refunded back to my account ?
I placed an order at 20:14 received notification that my order has arrived at 20:45. Tracking the order, the driver Washington went AWOL and when I called the restaurant, the phone does not even ring. This is Debonairs Bracken city
I bought a electricity voucher from BP garage yesterday. It has been giving me an error saying that my request could not be processed and I should try again. This has been going on since 21:00. I have been sending SMS, emails, WhatsApp messages. No one is assisting and I even gave them my contact details but still. How long does it take to sort out a voucher issue
