Telephonic customer service was friendly, helpful, quick and very easy
The poor aftersales service has left us vulnerable. The manager refused to take responsibility for a sale of the salesperson that is no with the dealership. The vehicle has been in our possession for almost a year. The license disk has expired, and nobody can give feedback on the whereabouts of the registration papers (NATIS) to change the ownership. The vehicle was returned to have the defects checked and fixed for the duration of almost 3 months. It was returned with only one issue resolved. It is with great regret that I have to write this review, but after sales service is very important if the customer pays the premium every month for a vehicle that has issues.
Poor after sales service of pre-owned vehicle bought in January 2025
I have been a loyal customer for 27 years with 13 different contracts that I have never missed a payment on. I have been struggling for 6 months to cancel some of my contracts that have ended. I have paid the cancellation fees only to find out that it was not processed. It is now 8 weeks later and still no response. No mail, no call. I have been blocked to the call centre as spam due to amount of times I have to call for assistance. My account is still on the old Legacy system and not all agents have access. This causes that someone needs to call me back. This also never happens. Just sad that they are so quick for new business, but if you are in a financial tight spot, nobody is willing to assist. I have 3 adult children that want to take control of their own contracts and I am not receiving an assistance. I live in a remote town and do not have access to a Vodashop, therefore forced to call the call centre and hold for up to 20 minutes. Treat your loyal customers well! Should get VIP treatment for 27 years!
