After accepting your quote, your team came to our place to cut the cover to fit difficult pool shape. Fitting the Pool cover was done 2 days later by a professional and friendly team. Shocking service! I paid for a small repair to my Lapa on April 21, 2023 in full, since previous experience with the company was excellent. 3 weeks later my wife phoned Charles about lack of communication and work. We are busy on a large contract was his reply, we come in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later still no action. On 8 July 2023 I sent email to Charles and Info address with my banking details requesting my money back. No reply, no money. 19 July 2023: I sent another email to above addresses requesting to have my money paid back by July 21, 2023. Failing to do so I would interpret as attempted *****. No work, no reply, no money! The mission statement on their website "www.extremethatchers.co.za" rings rather hollow: Quote "Extreme Thatchers is a proudly South African family business with Christian values. We strive to give the best service and........" Unquote
I need spares for my Ryobi lawnmower. Two e-mails to Ryobi Midrand have not been answered. Shocking service. I will stay away from Ryobi products in future.
Dropped calls make using Vodacom useless. Have to use landline to make reliable calls. Your website is useless, was not able make complaint about poor service. Your customer care number 082 135 gets you into a loop of four options which have nothing to do with my problem.
About 10 days into LOCKDOWN tree behind house fell onto Telkom's fiber cable. Cable snapped. I called "Telkom Fiber Repair" on Thursday morning. Within 1/2 hour a field technician arrived to inspect damage. He sent photos to his supervisor and 1 hour later 3 service vans arrived. Later the same day cable was fixed and we could use internet again. Great service. Both field technician (Andries) and supervisor (Pa) phoned us to see if we were happy. Great service at the best of times, considering "Lockdown" conditions, this was amazing. Thank you Telkom and service personnel!!
<p>Installation was promised by Friday, 09/12/2016.</p> <p>After plenty phone calls, promised return calls - never returned, reference numbers not recognized, house installation was eventully done on Tuesday, 20 Dec 2017.</p> <p>Installation did not work, "something else" had to be connected "somewhere else". Supposed to be done same day.</p> <p>Tuesday; 3 January, another call to the installation office, another promise.................................</p>
