Courier Guy Drivers! 😡 Well Played The Courier Guy! Outsource your drivers, so absolutely no accountability of insanely bad driving sits on you! Let alone trying to call head office and complain... don't even hold your breathe to try that! They drive like ***s, have absolutely no regard for fellow road users, ignore traffic lights and when confronted you get "You don't own the road" and get told to go to every possible place ever created! The absolute irony of it all... They are branded head to toe. If you ever find yourself driving on Malibongwe Drive, steer clear of these drivers, make sure robots and intersections are safe before proceeding!

Peermont Hotel Emperors Palace
Our Company booked international colleagues into the metcourt hotel for their visit to our South African operation. What an absolute DISASTER!! Managment allow guest to have parties in rooms, with loud music and noise until early hours of the morning (4am)!! Guest phoned down to reception 3 TIMES with absolutely nothing done about it!!! Tried to call Hotel Manager, but was told he is "in a meeting".... If you are looking for a peaceful stay... you will not get it here!

EVOTEL - Hurry up and wait!
I have been waiting 3 days to get fibre line repaired. Everytime an update received from Cool Ideas "Repair schedule has been escalated"! Evidently escalated to someone who doesn't understand the concept of getting the job done! Whoever you are, there is a government job waiting for you! **** poor system Evotel! Get your house in order! Posting this... and still waiting for you to pitch up and fix your line... tick tock!

Builders Warehouse Northriding
Builders Warehouse Northriding has everything under one roof and is really great to pop in and get your DIY needs. BUT... The staff's product knowledge is questionable, they walk away when you require assistance, they don't know where goods are in shop and have an utterly none existent Customer Centric attitude. Once you eventually have what you required and paid, you have Security to deal with! You pay, get checked at the till, then the door and today I had my gardening goods checked at the car! Builders Management... get the small things sorted quickly.. you have an incredible business, BUT your staff are letting you down!

**** Poor service from Standard Bank Northgate Mall
What pathetic slow service at the Standard Bank Northgate Mall branch. Spent over an hour, playing musical chairs, to just collect a credit card!! When enquiring as to why the service is so slow, with the 'So Called' branch manager... I might as well have asked the door I was standing next too... The absolute blubber that spewed forth out of his mouth, was a disgrace!! Showed absolutely no intention of even trying to sort out or help! Standard Bank Head Office... you might as well close this poor excuse of a branch. The staff are useless and the service non existent! Pathetic! Get rid of thise stupid chairs that you make everyone sit on! This just creates a no haste attitude from the staff. Time is money ****it!
