fire that Sifiso hlophe and poppy mabena dumb. i brought a vehicle from auction . and i raised a concern because the vehicle had a lot of defects that were not even listed on the inspection report. sifiso advised that i take the vehicle to an Rmi authorised workshop. i sent him the quote on the 10th of february. he came back to me and said management has decided to cancel the vehicle and refund me . i asked him to arrange the vehicle collection from my place . he requested my address, and he aknowledged that he got the address and is making necessary arrangements to have the car collected from me. what makes me very upset is that i am calling webuycars everyday for an update , and i have sent numerous mails to both sifiso and poppy , and none of them is responding . i know this review will reach management and stakeholders for the above to be actioned . as i have been trying to escalate this matter everyday for action. even worse the agent from webuycars who picked the phone told me this concern was closed in february by sifiso without my knowledge, meaning promising to have the car collected is just him stringing me along and taking me for a fool. i am in need of a car , and everyday my heart sores when i come across potential vehicles while browsing on the web. this kind of rot and unprofesionalism should be eliminate from organization, as it gives the business bad names
the whole team of onlinesales@webuycars should be disbanded , and new recruitments carried out ,for peoples who are willing to work for the organization .i sent an email on the 10th of february for the refund on my wallet , which i evn called-in last week to ask about the status of my refund , and i was told to wait 5-15 working days. today i am calling to ask again the status of my refund , i am being told that the refund was not actioned due to my unclear ID copy and the proof of account is old. but yet no-one responded to my email to request clear ID and latest proof of account , let alone even call to request the information. today is the 20th day requesting my refund which was also caused by you guys , as i had R11500 on my wallet when i went to purchase a car , and when i got to the branch i was told that my wallet only had R8500, of which i had to pay R3500 from my account again for the vehicle to be released . it is very dissapointing that in the whole team , nobody wants to take accountability.........mm******x
This is the worst Team ever , i am really disapointed, fustrated and annoyed with the whole revibe Team. my device stopped working since september as it does not connect to the network, the network bars keep searching . i logged a claim and the device was collected. to my suprise a revibe agent mailed me to let me know about R2175 shipping costs as my device is functioning 100% . i asked for the proof that the device is working before i can make any payment . Revibe assured me on the mail that it is working 100% . I made the payment . yesterday i received my device and i am so angry with myself for turning myself to a fool with these revibe ****mers . yet again i have lost a R2175 on top of the R12000 i used to purchase the device. this is very awful experience so far , and would never recommend revibe to anyone , except to warn everyone about their treatment and services . even when revibe can reply, it won,t make any difference , as nothing they will be investigating as their responses, and they won,t even get in touch with the client , their response are baseless . those who keep writing about the good service , wait till you come across my experience
i know this may be removed again .but never trust the revibe team , rather buy locally where you can access anytime when in need . i have lost a R12 0000 phone to revibe . the phone started acting on network and did not want to update software even when connected to the wifi. i submitted a claim and it was collected , now revibe wants R2100 from me to ship the non-working phone back to me , stating that warranty is voided just because of a small dent at the back of my phone. be wise and stay safe
save yourself from heartache and disappointment from the revibe team. i saw revibe on social media and purchased an iphone 12 pro max for R13000, the phone was delivered , and after few months it locked itself and i raised a claim and it was collected, repaired and returned back to me . after few months my phone just lost network connection and was not even updating software even if you are connected to the wifi. i have been raising claims ever since with no success as their Team member Karim was always closing the claims stating that i have submitted insufficient evidence. i haven,t had a phone since then , up until two weeks back they collected my phone and has been with them since. to my suprise yesterday i got mails from the revibe team Hagar and passant stating that since the phone has a back dent therefore the warranty is voided . but how so as if i had purchased my phone locally , even if it is after their warranty duration , they can still repair for me at costs. funny that passant is demanding R2100 to have my phone shipped back. which this means i have lost R12 000 on revibe cos i paid them for the device that wouldn,t even last me for a year. this other companies we trust like payflex and finchoice should refrain from working with these international ****mers.
what a useless insurance cover to have. webuycars should refrain from selling us this stupid cover , as when the webuycars agents sell to us when we are buying cars , you will just think it is the great way of protecting your car should anything happens . come the day of claiming , the innovation ****mers are trained to decline every claim. to have peace of mind , rather save your money aside for the car should anything happen. never trust this one
this is happening for the second time , and feel i should write about it i got a call from the courier about the collection they have to pick by me , I told the driver that i was not at work , and will resume work the next following day. of which we rescheduled the collection to the next day. I called the Driver the next day in the morning , and he confirmed that he will be collecting between 1pm to 5pm. to my suprise around 5pm when i was calling the driver , his phone rang unanswered and even now is taking me to voicemail I am also working for one of the biggest courier companies, and do understand the whole background of the logistic. customer services is very poor here , they were supposed to have called me as well to reschedule the collection , but none of Dhl team ever contacted me . this is very unprofessional . and no matter how big the company might be , every customer is important .now i am running from pillar to post for the people who booked the collection from Dubai, to book again , as my collection was closed/cancelled
I reserved a food trailer from webuycars Dome, and paid the reservation R5000, this morning I hired a bakkie to go tow my trailer. The excitement when I saw it turned to the highest level of disappointment, disrespect and unprofessionalism. I felt like a complete idiot when they told me my trailer has been sold. How do you sell someone's asset reserved for purchase without even notifying me. This was gonna save a lot even if I was contacted, I was gonna save myself from skipping work, hiring a bakkie and driving all the way for nothing. I'm really disappointed and feel how disrespected we are taken, when the management or staff friends with deep pockets are sold our things, by bypassing the systems or getting bribes
I ordered foods for me and my family at night with uber eats from kitchen of Eden, and the foods status said delivered on my App without foods being delivered . i reported the matter on the very same day , which the message returned stating that an agent will call me within 24hrs , and that never happened even today . i have tried contacting uber eats for quite some times , and i am not getting any help . that stupid chat box is useless . and uber eats have removed even their customer care numbers from the App including the website because they know that there,s a lot of unproffesionalism and ****s within their organisation. imagine i slept without foods and yet i am not getting help with my order refund. this is broad daylight **** , and i am ready to delete their ****ming App
