I have purchased 2 products more than 2 weeks ago. Last week I got my order delivered, only to have received washing powder instead of my 2 burner gas stove. I have immediately phoned the delivery people and they have acknowledged that it was my panel heater and washing powder not my gas stove. They have helped me to logged a query. So Takealot arranged to fetch the washing powder but on the same slot as my 2 gas plate? This means it looks like my product has been returned but it has not!!! Trying to Communicate with them via the options they give a customer does not even remotely work!!!! This is a gift, and now, because of this absolute don’t give a damn about customer satisfaction, means that I have to get something else, while waiting to even just get an answer from them!

What an absolute pleasure dealing with the George branch!!! It was smooth sailing from the word go eventhough we had some challenges on my side. Brandon just took initiative and went along with everything. The packaging people was just as helpful and did the it beautifully. Our move took place on Saturday, and yet again, we could only smile!!! Eezi Move, you guys are the best!!!! And your prices are just as good!
I am not one to complain but my runway has run out. On the morning of 18 Feb 2022 we were in an accident on which our insurance gave me a loan vehicle. We first got a vehicle from Avis in Mosselbay (came from George), the vehicle had such a vibration that we had to take it back to Avis George. Then we’ve got another one in just a bad shape, had to swop it again as it was just not safe to drive in it. Eventually we’ve got a car that was save to drive with. Because of the mess made by die insurer Momentum my car took more than 3 months to be sorted. In which the loan vehicle was extended. At one point I got a sms to say I should return the vehicle, that was on a Saturday morning, and we were not home. So on Monday I’ve contacted my insurance as well as Avis because I still did not have a car. My broker spoke to Avis and they gave her the go ahead to keep the car for another 10 days. She had send me a message to say I should keep the car. I eventually ended up taking the car back because Avis took to long to give me the go ahead. We filled up ( I have the slip as we took a picture in front of the car when we returned it as we had to leave the keys in the box) the car and took it back, only to get an invoice from Avis. Saying that they had to put petrol in as well as that I was late returning it. My account was debited with R2300 immediately. I phoned Momentum send mails to Avis as well as Momentum and they told me on mail that the money will be paid back to me as this was between Momentum and Avis . This was In April we are in June, stille nobody has spoke to me regarding my payment. I have send mails to momentum as well as Avis , they do not even take the time to reply. I have everything on mail. If anyone needs to get information they can call me. I want my money back. Avis is quick to take money but the customer has to wait months to get reimbursed. Please can someone from Avis get them to immediately pay back my money?
We are staying in Mosselbay and signals are just about non existing. When talking to Vodacom they say they are aware of the problem but can’t say how long it will take to fix it. How is this possible? Paying for services that is not working. Most of us are working from home. What would Vodacom suggest we do?
