I recently purchased 2 boxes of Fry's chicken style vegetarian burgers when i fried them it tasted awfull as if it was friend with old oil i then put them into the air fryer with no oil and had the same awful taste i did send them all information required but they have since not gotten back to me it is 3 weeks now A ticket has been created, for your reference here is your ticket number: 74592 A Customer Care Agent will contact you to assist further.

I had recently taken up a DSTV router 50 GB as the agent advised that i take up a new router as the old one cannot be renewed i then agreed to her false sales pitch i then go to dstv app and see that im charged for 2 dstv routers and 2 compact subscriptions where as i was suppose to only pay R549pm which is on dsvt website
I recently wanted to take up Household insurance which i was in need of as i did not have one. I looked at a few companies but had little assistance from and did not find a suitable one i then spoke to a Relationship Manager Manshil Gobrie that made the process simple and easy which took less than a day to join and i covered immediately. I also recently took up a new phone contract and had no insurance after doing a quote with the cellphone company i called Manshil to see what nedbank can offer to me, I received feedback from him the same day which the qoute was cheaper than the cellphone company i was happy with the competitive premium and took it up with a huge smile.
Extremely disgusted by poor service from each and every person that assisted me from dstv call centre and sales they promised to deliver WiFi router and explora decorder yet it was delivered to two incorrect addreses and they have deducted full amount for package it's been two months and I'm still waiting
