Extremely Disappointed with Paxi Courier Service I am very frustrated with my recent experience with Paxi. My parcel has not been delivered on time, and despite numerous inquiries, I have received no clear information about its whereabouts. The tracking system indicates it’s still “in transit” at the warehouse, yet no one has reached out to update me. This lack of communication is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect better service and transparency. It feels very ********* to leave customers in the dark about their shipments. I hope Paxi can improve its customer service and provide timely updates in the future.
Useless Company with useless service i recieved a LTE package form them its been a week now av been trying to get help for them to assist me with activation, they refer us to these stupid chat bots ,i have been trying to chat to someone for a week now the agents keep saying how can i help you?? knowing well what the issue is, and its written on the chat but they keep sayin ,i didnt write nor respond to their rects till i noticed its a stupid technique they use to brish off helping people one of the agents name who keeps doing that is "AMAMDA R"
Kobus I called him on Monday looking for a place to rent in Tzaneen which is under them, he said he will send the applications to me , then next when I call him his shouting at me telling me that his in hospital for his child and promised to send it to me, now he has been stalling me , he doesn't even know how to communicate with people properly so unprofessional and *******, Why does the company keep such a terrible unprofessional ****** agent, who is stalling when coming to properties because he wants to take bribes from the people he wants
I was a part of Fundsatwork with Momentum i left my previous company in march i have been calling them and all they do is tell me theres a back log of Authorization with Quality its been 3 months now, extremely poor service
