These *****sters handed me over to attorneys after I cancelled the course three days after registering. I am still waiting on my refund, of have never used your services your institution is *****. Now my credit record is being effected negatively for services I never even used. Vrek *****
I wish I could rate them 0 stars! I requested a cancellation immediately after registering and reading their bad reviews. Samuel has been in contact with me regarding registration and promised to refund me what Ch apparently takes about up to a month to reflect in my ACC. This morning their subscription amount exceeded my bank balance. So they NEVER CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION. I will have to change my bank account because of these ******.
I received a call from sanlam regarding a loan offer which I rejected, after visiting nedbank today to inquire about an offer they informed me that I am jnder debt counseling with sanlam. I'm shocked and disappointed that only one call with them, can out some sort of judgement on my name now I can't apply for a loan due to this. I am a loyal client of sanlam and have never thought I'd ever have such a horrible experience with them.
I am starting to think rain internet service provider are one of the best con artists. Requested cancellation...did not make use of their services yet they debit R529 from my account. I was promised by one of their consultants Akhona, with an email i requested ( i have proof) that my subscribtion has been cancelled with them and there wont be any debit order on my account this month, and they still debited.
I reported my wifi router ****** from rain two weeks ago. I requested a new router two days ago with no feedback. If my subscription goes off this month the people who has my router will be able to enjoy wifi on my account. Another problem i habe with rain is the fact that they charge a whple 4k to replace my router this was never discussed when i signed up with them im very disappointed in the services provided by rain i have been a loyal client of their for years!!
With fustration to express my great disappointnent in COCT's services. Im heading in for week three without water, living under very bad and unsanitary conditions at home and our kids are suffering the most among us. Our situation has apparently been assigned to a person who supposedly should reconnect our water meter but no one ever comes. I am spending 45 mins per call and wasting 10's of rands worth of airtime to just waste my time. I have sent emails ontop of emails and whatsapp messages to their whatsapp line with no solution. I am being promised day after day the person would come to our property and reconnect the water but no one ever shows up. Its not right at all...nothing about this..we purchased this property 3 months ago and this is what we are dealing with as first time home owners. They apparently had it in the past with the former owner leaving me to only assume they try to avoid him at all cost, not knowing he no longer lives here. Our water was disconnected without written and or verbal notice. Last resort is to email the ombudsman, visiting their office leads to nowhere...its like you just cant get help from these people. We are living under terrible conditions at home with some of our children sick, ive explained this to their offices.
I would like to share my disappointing experience with rqin here on hello peter. I am paying 590 per month for a subscription I NO LONGER WANT TO MAKE USE OF. I contacted their consultants this past Saturday, 27 Jan to inform then my rooter got ****** during a burglary, they advised that it would cost R4000 to replace that rooter as its their property, then I may cancel...well this is not the case as ive pleaded with them in last year september to cancel my wifi and they never did instead continued their monthly debit order without my consent. Good news for rain, I got your rooter back it was returned to me so i would like to ask you here to please cancel and collect your rooter as per policy like the clients explained ( this was never made clear to me when i forst sighned up) I am waisting money i dont have to make calls to rude agents who cant cancel my subscribtion
Our water has been disconnected on wednesday 24th and is still off. We are living in horrid conditions. We purchased this property in September 2023 and live with no access to our basic water and sanitation needs, as new owners of this property, we havent received any bills or notices from COCT regarding our water...it was disconnected without any notice or anyone informing us that it would be disconnected.
Very disappointed in showmax. I requested cancellation of my subscription in September 2023 and are being billed to this day. Last year november, I requested a refund online, one of their consultants convinced me they would refund me within the following 14 days and i have not received my money. This month the 25th they will debit their subscription once again I DONT USE YOUR SERVICE PLEASE PLEASE GUYS CANCEL MY SUBSRIPTION AND REFUND THE MONEY YOU TOOK OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.
