I purchased the premier warranty cover and included a top-up cover when purchasing my used 2019 BMW 420d last year, a year later i had a mechanical failure on the dual mass and the claim was approved in a day, via global motor administrators, the RMI center had my vehicle ready the next day. 76% of the claim was covered, i had to cover the balance. will definitely extend my cover with them. Please update all contact numbers on your brochures to speedup the claim process, this was the only delay, trying to get the correct number
I usually dread going into a branch to have anything done due to being bounced around and lack of client care. Today was different, I was greeted and assisted by Charity from Nedbank Galleria. She went above and beyond with a smile. Thank you Charity. I will definitely be visiting the Nedbank Galleria branch more often!
Thanks Vodacom for a full week of internet. Once again disconnected. I am also being changed each time for reconnecting when it's a vodacom problem each time. I have finally received a statement and I was charged twice for May. I still have not received a credit for the additional invoice that I had to pay on the 27th May.
For the month of June, my line has been disconnected until 8th June 2022, it was the connected for 4 days then disconnected on Sunday the 12th June. I called and got it reactivated on the 13th June. it has been disconnected again 14th June 2022. I called and got it reconnected on the 17th June and today the 20th June its disconnected again. What is the problem Vodacom???????
Since my last review here on the 7th June 2022, My line was reactivated and my banking details resubmitted, on the 8th June 2022, with promises that the line and banking details will be monitored and i will be called if they experience any problems. The manual payment details received from subscriber collections was a digit short. All the call center agents i spoke with and who i gave the reference number to said it was the correct number. My line has since been disconnected on Sunday the 12th June. I called nd got it reactivated on the 13th June. it has been disconnected again yesterday 14th June 2022. If there is a problem with the account and the technicians aren't able to resolve it, a new account should be setup. if it s a problem with the sim. a new sim should be sent to replace it. Extremely frustrated he call center agent acknowledged that there was a problem on the Vodacom system, a day or 2 after I have my debit order details updated, the system refreshes and removes all the information. I have also sent email and requested from the call center agents to send me the banking details and account reference to make manual payments should the problem persist, this was not done. my account is in good standing but the legal department has deleted my number. i have been calling daily to reactivate my line but no joy. the call center staff are not helpful ,they wont let me speak to the supervisors, I am told that the supervisor will contact me and no one calls back. I now have to buy prepaid data from the opposition company. Truly disappointing service.
