I'm writing this with tears rolling down my eyes, I have never been ****med like this before, I placed an order with westham Bakery on the 23rd of December for it to be delivered on the 24th of December so we can have cake ad dessert, and the guess what! They never delivered my order worth R360, no communication no nothing, yet when I called they said they have my order,I'm fuming and willing to open up a case to get my money back. I have never been so upset and ****** by big store that is well known, they ****med me and im going to open a case because they don't respond to messages or calls. I need help guys please help me i need my money back!!!
I am a third party from Budget insurance I am claiming from their stupid client and is stupid like their stupid workers I have never felt so abused buy a company not wanting to fix my car , people handling my case lying and saying they are on meetings what kind of a company is this? ****? Water is getting in my car she crashed the side of my car. If this company is legit I want my car fixed and I am in a process of getting ombudsman to get in and deal with this **** company *****ing people money and telling their workers attending my claim to lie and say they are in a meeting , meeting of developing ****ming skills I see. Dear Sir/Madam I trust you are well I had an MTN insurance from 2022 if I'm not mistaken and was payingthrough direct Debit for years, I called MTN insurance to cancel due to personal reasons and the person I got through only canceled Direct Debit not the insurance. I am Fuming because I was checking my credit score only to find I have a debt under my name that I specifically stated I no longer need, insurance is taken by choice, in 3 months it should lapse not increase as if I'm owning then worse part I called to cancel, no communication was sent I need this cleared as soon as possible Thank you
I made a formal complaint for 2 months delay on Installation , I had to fight and break doors for us to get the service, I asked for compensation and what's more disgusting us that you are asking us to make a payment whereas we have used the service for 2 weeks !!!! Ow long are we using the service It's disgusting and worse customer service, we demand compensation for 2 months as we dis not use it for 2 months
We paid R498.99 ,it was 15 February 2023 , till now we haven't had that stupid Fibre installed, 2 men came and left dirt on the floor, No installation was done,I am shocked that we were scammed by this company, we want our money back, the reviews are shocking this company scams people its a disgrace, they are the worst Fibre company , I pray one day for the owner of the company to rot in jail! I had overtime,working all Saturdays of my life as tired as I was I came to work but they did not pay me my Overtime, this company is disgusting I want my Overtime I WORKED FOR IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, I have been promised to receive it but NO! These selfish people don't want to pay me
I have logged a complaint(56862874) with you people, called number of times I have never ever in my life experienced such a horrible experience from DSTV, the agents are shouting at us,they drop call without resolutions,my TV is still not playing, I'm writing this complaint sad and very emotional I have never felt abused by any company, DSTV is doing this on purpose because they don't have competitors, the agents are all dropping us,they dont have a reason why our TV is still not playing, you people are disgusting and the agents you hired please please please listen to all my conversations with them they drop calls, speaks as if they sleeping, sneeze on calls ,I want my TV playing please guys this is unfair to me as a person who paid but did not receive the TV services, I want my money I will watch SABC its fine! I will use Ariel I have never experienced such painful experience from you people ,stop scamming us, I want all my money,my airtime. And train your agents ,everyday we have to start over when we calling its like they don't use the same systems, all of them finish my airtime, they drop calls and don't call back, I HATE DSTV! Worst experience ever,Money has been paid but we have not got our services, we've been asked to pay amounts we don't know about. Worst customer service, this agent Azande Mbuyazi,did not know what to do,she kept me on hold for too long,and did not help me.we paid for dstv and we did not get it ,you people are horrible and your agents needs training we ended up paying R460 for Dstv on the 14th of May,we were asked to pay R98.65 and we paid it,we were asked to pay R48.95 ,we paid it till today we can't watch your stupid TV service, your company is suddenly disgusting and we want our TV services that we paid for! And today 07/06 I spoke to another agent still he issue is not resolved, we don't have TV services we paid for ,and the next bill is coming agents don't know what is the money for but still the TV is not working and we are being asked to pay money again for the 4th time ,If we ask the agents they put us on hold,I want my compensation for my airtime and the money we paid R450 for Dstv that we didn't watch the whole month !
