Was debited for a policy that I never signed up for. And how I cannot even reverse the money
KwaMnyandu Telkom store has the worst customer service ever.
I have been waiting for an engineer to come install my fibre after making a payment. Have been given 3 different appointment dates but still no engineer showed up. Their customer care left me hanging yesterday when I queried about my appointment.
I booked 3 or 4 tickets from Durban to Johannesburg. Went to Eldo Coaches offices in Durban station was told that the Bus was cancelled and never received a refund. I had paid over R900 for the tickets.
I signed up for rain and paid. I never received anything from Rain. Sent an email to request a refund and no one rep****.
Telkom store at kwamnyandu shopping center have zero customer service. Consultants are unfriendly and have no willingness to assist customers. They need to get customer service training. They need to be trained on how to treat customers and also be trained on people skills.
