Everything seemed like it was going well. My dad took a cover 3weeks ago and got the documentation that reflected a certain amount, the debit order authorization message came and the debit order was for a much higher amount. None of the consultants are willing to help him do this correction. It’s been 3weeks of trying to get help but none has come still.
Over the years I have had an amazing experience but today was the worst. They had no oroes to make a milkshake for my child, I had to fight to get that done. I ordered orange juice and my meal. At the bottom of the orange juice glass I found worms. The restaurant management tried to convince me it was not worms but I had fully examined it before handing it to them and shown my family. They must have used rotten oranges to make the orange juice. How disgusting!!!!
The hotel was fine and rooms clean but the restaurant is so badly ran, you wait forever to get seated, no one updates you on the availability of tables, they just tell you to wait till seated and disappear for almost an hour.You have to fight to get seated. In-dinning is another nightmare, I ordered my meal at 8:30pm and it only arrived around 22:30 after I had called the restaurant 3 times to get an update on order, everytime I called, the lady promised to find out and call me back and she never got back to me. Terrible service!!
Tembekazi Chiya was so professional and caring, kind too. She updated me all the time and was constantly available to assist wherever she could. My car looks brand new. I’m very happy with the work that was professionally done
