I am writing to follow up on the Letter of Motivation (LOM) I sent two weeks ago regarding the purchase of medical equipment. When I first contacted your office, I was advised that I should expect feedback within 3–7 days. I later called to confirm receipt of my email and was informed that it had been received. After waiting the full 7 days without any response, I followed up again, only to be told that my email had actually not been received. I was then informed that invoices and codes were required before the request could be processed. This is extremely concerning. Had I not been calling repeatedly, when exactly was I going to be informed that invoices and codes were needed? It appears I was waiting for feedback on an application that was never received, despite having previously been told that it was???
I have been calling since 8 am to get assistance with the banking app, but I still can't log in. I was given a ref number this morning and asked to send an email still no response. Kindly advise how long does it takes to link my device or get assistance from you guys
I have been trying to log into my account for the past week. Every time I attempt to log in, I receive a prompt to update my details. However, after clicking “Update,” I get an error saying something went wrong and cannot proceed further. Additionally, the contact information shown in my profile (cellphone numbers and work email) is incorrect. Could you please assist me in updating my contact information and regaining access to my account?
I have been waiting for my sim card to be delivered for the past 3 weeks. I made a booking for delivery and sent a message that it would be delivered the following day between 12-5. I waited till 5 pm no one pitched or even a call to explain that they had a problem or running late. I've been calling them to ask when are they going to deliver but still nothing. What irritates it's that i have to phone and beg them to deliver. Today after waiting for 3 weeks I was told that I have to wait again and it will be delivered next week on Monday.
I called rain many times to make them aware that I don't have internet connection. My account keep on escalating every month and that time i dont even have internet. I asked to cancel my subscription because I cant keep the router that I cant use and besides I am being charged every month and that time I don't even have internet connection. Today when I called I spoke to a very rude consultant by the name of Kgenudi was arrogant and couldn't assist with my query. But my question to rain is why is the customer suppose to pay full amount for the service that was not used or am I being charged to keeping the router at my place and for the sim cards???
I have been having an account with them for more than two years. Last month i decided to play and withdraw. To my surprise i had to upload the documents again of which i did more than five times. Every time i call i was told that my id is not clear and of which some of the agents and the lady i spoke to (manager) was very rude. Finally on the 12.12.2023 i was told that everything was verified and will be paid in 3 working days of which it never happened. Today i call again i am told to upload my id again after uploading it million times. The service sucks to be honest and the begging to withdrawals its annoying.
I called today around 21h00 to order ma calls was dropped 3 times then after cutting my call 3 times i managed to order. Then i was told to come after 10 minutes, i requested to n when i got there to fetch my order my food was ready and tild to wait 16minutes for the food to be ready. While i was waiting and asking about my u was recorded and told i should wait for the supervisor who toom after 10 minutes to come to attend to me. He **** and didnt even gave a clue about what was going and of he was the one who took my order and Noxolon was so budy on her phone to even care jor attend to my order. Same service u got from kfc in mayfair garden city. Your customer service uts very poor and your is very rude. They treat customers as if they are coming to beg for the food.
Been on hold for 37 minutes now, been transfered from one agent to another. The service sucks from getting bank card and waiting 5 months. Really annoyed by the service
I reported a fraudulent transaction in my account and still i don't have feedback or refund. I have several times and every time i call i will be transferred to the "back office and of which they never answer the phone. The phone will be on hold for more than 30 minutes and even after calling them no one will call you back or send a sms. I regret banking with them the service sucks.
I have been begging Unisa for my certificate for the past 2 years. I went to the campus for than 3 times and i have been told every excuse in the book. I have sent emails and still nothing.
