They DO NOT!!!!!! Deserve a 1 star !!!!!!! I hate!!! That this complex didn’t read hello Peter before signing up with this company!!!! 26th of October loaded R450 / they only allocate R300 …. Now today the 1st of November I’m negative R200!?!?!? This is two people in an apartment!! Too **** scared to put on a washing machine and vacuum!!! Only watch tv at night!!!! Stay farrrrrr faaaaaaarrrr away from this company!!! At this rate I can pay a small car off!!!!!
A Pyramid Scheme that doesn’t even deserve a 1 star…. Paid R2500 and get told they still want to see if my payment is reflecting…. It was an immediate payment with POP and it’s been a week now… they never ever help as there is no way to get help and you will constantly be disappointed and changed from one bot of a person to another bot of a person … If you looking for a job this is the best company for that as they pay you to never work and never help I’d advise everyone to stay away from this scheme as now I am feeling to get legal help …
I have been buying the cappuccino flavour box for many years .. As of late the taste of this flavour is **********! To the extent that Iv wondered if there is dust mixed in here or is this an extremely cheap new coffee bean being used to save costs ??? And I’m now 3 boxes down that Iv thrown in the drain after making it and smelling and tasting this nonsense!
I can’t even give this a one star My electricity bill is through the roof only to come on here and see so many people going through the same thing….. I can’t believe it… I’d avoid this company because as mentioned they promise to email you reports but they never do and no one can ever explain why you are not allowed to see reports of your utilities I also can’t believe that someone has mentioned law suits towards them just because they have an honest problem ?? Humanity is lost Crazy that we all complaining in the same time frame as well….
Again a company that doesn’t even deserve 1 star…. The operators are extremely helpful but that’s where it ends … There has been a few times where sketchy behaviour has occurred The bank app doesn’t allow you to pull your bank statements of your selected dates, it gives you what it wants to give you You will be debited for something that isn’t even there anymore and when you ask but where is the money going all you get told is you need to check your bank statements So let me also add this I have gone before to Alberton Johannesburg and been told to leave because they closing Alberton raceview branch in loadshedding just doesn’t operate yet the biltong shop is active Honestly such a joke …. I also have had money taken from me and then just sent back a few weeks later This happened last year Think it’s time for a new bank
This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star !! It’s the worst worst worst company ever!! They never want to load the electricity you pay for you need to always email or phone in to beg them to sort your payment out! They will switch your electricity off even when you have paid for it! Making you pay them an extra R25 to switch it back on! You will find your bills up and down with this company ! And they will never ever ever credit you for hat they stole ! So if you are a big company… avoid this I switch ! Consistency is the key to a good business Consistency doesn’t even exist in I switch Avoid avoid avoid !!!
